Hotel receptionist Batou was lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and willing to help with any problems. Free coffee machine downstairs was a nice touch and the whole hotel was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable and there was heating in the rooms. Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and Aldi type store and 5 minutes from a tram stop. Would visit every time we go to Augsburg!

Wasn’t too fond of the carpet in the room with it being a dog friendly hotel. Radiator was loose on the wall and the floor by the door was incredibly creaky. No refrigerator or kettle in the room also which was quite disappointing.

Perhaps not that important, but everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and nice. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the end of line for Tram 2. It has parking available in front of the building and on the neighborhood streets. The hotel is clean and the "usual" concerns were addressed (comfortable beds, hot water, large room with space for luggage/ hang-up items). Coffee/tea/chocolate was available in the lobby area. I didn't take/buy any but there was a refrigerator in the lobby that you could buy beer and perhaps non-alcohol drinks (didn't look at it). I would definitely stay here again

I was told the breakfast was 14€ and then they charged me 17€ (said I had to buy it before having the breakfast). The bathroom door (sliding glass) would close only half way. And I did tell the manager so that she might have the door fixed in room 111.

Confusing as prior to the date, I received an email informing me of the opening times of the reception. I replied by email to let the hotel know that I would be arriving after the reception had closed. I then had the same email as the original again, without a reply to the information that I had sent. On my arrival I rang and received assistance to access the key. I then found out that a code had been emailed to me just before arrival but I had missed the email. The receptionist on the phone call was very helpful though.

The description in booking refers to parking but the place of parking was too small and as a result was we did not find parking and it was very difficult we found around because everywhere it was for two hours. The parking in this hotel was a big problem. The staff was not helpful at all. They were not trying to help us. We had our kids together a car full of staff, and they do not help us, but let us alone, we were finding solution about packing.

The hotel was comfortable, good parking location in the front, had lifts, they communicated well before arrival and the instructions to check-in were also good 👍

The breakfast was definitely not upto the expectations. It was not fresh and this was a big turndown for the day although the stay itself was comfortable. There was just one women doing everything during the morning breakfast time who was very helpful though. Hope they have more staff to take care of fresh food on a daily basis.

Amazing hotel. Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5 (Special shout-out to Pato, I hope I'm spelling his name right), Amenities 5/5, Location 2/5. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness on point. Best thing is the amenities that they provide. Massage chair, gym, solarium 24hrs operational. Free coffee machine for guest use 24/7. I didn't take the breakfast option but ig it'd be wonderful. The only drawback is location. It's around 7KMs from the Augsburg Hbf.

Staff shortage. I came back at 10PM on 30th September night and was pressing the bell for someone to answer, nobody answered the call bell. I was not informed that the room key would also work for the main gate of the property so I had to wait outside in the cold for 20-25 mins before a guest helped me out.

Two good rooms - easy parking - good lounge with coffee machine

suggestion - perhaps make it more obvious that there is an on-site restaurant? We walked off-site to an excellent Italian-based option, not realising we could have eaten at hotel. we had two good rooms - since we were a family, two adjacent rooms would have been even better.

Air-conditioning, coffee bar at reception, the gym downstairs, and the general feel of the hotel was really positive

The breakfast was by far the worst breakfast I have ever had in Germany over 25 years, one or two slices of bacon or sausage, brought out from the kitchen at a time, almost an edible, huge flagons for juice and water, all near empty and had to be tilted on the outside to get anything out. Just a really poor selection and badly run so disappointing because the hotel otherwise was excellent 

It was easy to check in (reception was closed when I arrived, and I have arranged everything with them prior to my arrival). Bed was big and comfortable. The size of a room was good and with quite good wifi.

I missed the kettle in the room, I like to drink my morning coffee or tea in quiet. Also, the free water in the corridors was too cold for me and the hot water was not available (I guess turned off).

Above and beyond in the facilites they provided. Free coffee and lovely sitting are near reception, they helped us by doing a lot of laundry for us and I discovered an amazing massage chair on the bottom floor in the gym area that was amazing on my tired muscles. We rented bikes for free from them and rode into forest parkland literally only minutes away from the hotel. It’s not walking distance into town but the number 2 tram is very close and and easy run into town.
