Check in was very straightforward and efficient despite advance notice of a credit card problem. This was not the case. Very spacious room on the lower ground, views over the garden and immaculately presented. Tea/coffee making was in the room WITH milk! The hotel is a little way outside the town. There was a dine in facility with excellent wine available. The choice was a Thai dish, quite spicy and delicious, another dish from that region less spicy and a burger dish which was also delicious. This was served in the breakfast room. It saved a trip out on a very wet evening.

Great location - hotel is inside the park. It was quiet, sound of birds all around. There was nice patio too sit and enjoy spending time outside. Staff was really nice and helpful.

I would Like to have a small fridge in the room or outside on the corridor for the guests. It would be a nice convinience.

Room-Space enough, could have an additional chair. Breakfast service friendly and good. WLAN has still space to improve. For private visitors it may be ok, for business travelers proably inconvenient.

Breakfast was good but there wasn’t enough staff to serve. Room was big and spacious. The hotel is close to the train station that connects main city’s direct train stations.

Room was never cleaned up during whole 3 nights stay. That was really awful. Heating system didn’t work in the room. We had to wait long for breakfast to be served on last day.

The bathtub was dangerous, you could slip there when showering. There must be a railing to keep fast. The sewer did not work properly.
