Hotel staff are super nice and friendly, the room is very clean, the hotel is located very close to the town city which is convenient, there is parking slots in the street, hotel also has a garage. The only drawback is that I am allergic to the handsoap in the hotel room , but this is because I am allergic to perfume and this is not the hotels problem.

The location was excellent - within easy walking distance to the town centre and Kurpark. The hotel is well managed and the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast comprised a wide assorted buffet choice.

The occasional noise from the street, seeing we had a street facing room; this however occurred in the mornings mostly when garbage was being cleared. As mentioned before, this occurred occasionally only.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating since I was not travelling for pleasure and had a very strict and long schedule. They also provided arrangements for an excellent service to the airport on a tight schedule. The location is exceptional towards park, rehab clinics and downtown.

There is nothing. Everything was excellent.

very good location , walking distance to the train station , very convinient to go to the center of Frankfurt ans there is bus station even nearer . very near to the park , very good place for walking and running . very nice staff and good breakfast .

Quiet room, comfortable bed

We were asked if we would like breakfast. If we had booked it via booking.com it would have cost 10 euros each. The man at the desk tried to charge us 20 euros each! For a buffet breakfast! Then got cross because we refused to pay that much. The description on booking.com said the breakfast buffet was complimentary so somebody needs to decide exactly what is on offer and how much it is. 40 euros for 2 breakfasts??? I think not!

Fantastic breakfast, great variety and excellent value. Location is central with parks and shopping on your doorstep. Our room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Every staff member was welcoming, polite, helpful and went over and beyond to make our stay an pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

It's a nice hotel right in the heart of Bad Homburg. My room was on the last floor, and felt very cozy. The breakfast was abundant, though a bit overpriced. In general I liked the hotel a lot, and if again in Bad Homburg, would probably choose it for a future stay.

Parking was a little difficult as very restricted on-site parking and on-street parking was controlled to certain hours and was at a cost.

The rich and beautifully displayed breakfast buffet featured all kinds of food. Especially I, as vegan, was happy to find a variety of plant-based milk, a lot of different fruit, seeds and dry fruit. The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! The staff is ready to help with all kinds of questions and problems, they are simply amazing!

Great German-style breakfast in this classic looking hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Lovely inside garden. My room was spacious, on the other side of the inner garden. The beds are comfortable and clean, but they opted for very soft mattresses. So that must be your thing.
