The room(s); 316 is a suite; were spacious and comfortable and 2 air conditioning units were provided which were really appreciated with temperatures in high 20's during our stay. All the staff were friendly, polite and really helpful. The breakfast range of choice and quality were excellent with the staff happy to provide special items requested. really good location with the extensive Kurpark just across the road and the excellent shopping variety of Bad Homburg in easy walking distance.

Provision of toiletries let down the very high standards. It was limited to just liquid soap, no shampoo, conditioner or hand cream.

I loved the decoration and furniture of my room. Both my room and bathroom were spacious. The lovely balcony with furniture had a good view to beautiful Kurpark. I did not have breakfast there. I loved the historical architecture of the part of the hotel I stayed in.

WIFI could have been a bit stronger.

Top central location. Rooms large, seems like new or recently renovated. Nice terrace. Bed comfortable. Bathroom nice. All very clean. Wifi excellent. Check in and out fast. Convenient parking in hotel's garage at afordable price. Total value for money ok in comparison with other similar objects in BH. To recommend.

I think 4* hotel should have at least a cattle to boil water, if not a coffe machine. Maybe slippers in the room too.

The location and the room was very spacious. The service was great too. They accommodated my children just fine.

The mattress was really old, we slept 3 nights and our backs really suffered.. Pillows are huge, fluffy, no idea what to do with them (in their defense, typical German). Some hotels also offer "international pillows".

The hotel is clean and my stay was pleasant. The small kitchenette in the cupboard was a great addition. The bed was comfortable and the furniture in the room was nice. The whole place was comfortable and clean. Excellent location opposite the park, and easy to find. Quiet at night.

The room was almost always incredibly warm with the sun shining down directly onto the big windows along the balcony, so using the fan stored in the cupboard/opening the balcony door was necessary.

room got a bit toasty so i kept the curtains closed. As a single female having the window open was a bit worrisome as was on the ground floor. maybe some air-con in the future to consider.

Perfectly located to park, restaurants and Main Street. Very clean and well laid out. Great water pressure in showers.

Well located, friendly reception staff, room size and free wifi.

The room was dusty, 1 lamp didn't work, bed sheets had stains, bathroom was not cleaned properly, towels were old and fraying. I put a 'do not disturb sign' on the door and the cleaner came knocking and asking questions.

Very nice hotel in a nice small town. The location is great. The room was huge and very comfortable. The lady in the breakfast room was sooo nice. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.
