This was my first experience of self-checkin, which went pretty smooth. I was in contact with the hotel contact person on whatsup, and he was instantly responding to my questions. He also advised me how to reserve taxi for airport. The Hotel is situated in a beautiful old building with high ceilings and large windows. Bed was comfortable and bathroom as well. The room is quiet. The hotel is in 2 minute walk from the main shopping street (Louisenstrasse) with lots of cafes, where you can have a good breakfast.

Cleaning staff was coming by 9:30-10AM, so you would have to wake up early, though for some people this might not sound too early :)

Complete flexibility in check in time. I arrived well outside working hours, and they were reachable! (even though I wasn't able to enter only because I didn't follow their comprehensive instructions - please use the stylus to enter your key-code. Your fingers will fail unpredictably)

The location is very convenient. The communication was always efficient and friendly, just as the self check in/out. The cleaning staff is friendly.

At my arrival, the room had a slight pipe smell but it was totally gone after letting the water from the shower run. The vending machines were out of stock. Very few options for snacks and drinks were available and that was a big disappointment since I arrived at midnight, when there are no options to eat or buy something in the surroundings.

The hotel is walking distance to the central street and shops in Bad Homburg, which means I didn't need any local transport throughout my short stay. The room was quiet and cosy, even though it used to be a large hall with stucco mouldings repurposed as a hotel room. It looked unusual, but everything was working as intended, and the bed was really comfortable to sleep in.

Great Location although noisy in the morning with traffic Rooms are lovely and spacious and have a lovely feel

No parking near the hotel had to walk for 7 minutes with luggage and although kettle and cups were in room there was no coffee or tea or a bottle of drinking water which I would normally expect

cozy hotel located next to the promenade of Bad Homburg. good solution for those coming to Frankfurt by car. easy access to the city by S5 train. beautiful city. nearby the Thermes & casino, the shopping street, restaurants. vending machines for drinks and snacks. good value for money.

in May the central heating is not working. blankets are not enough.

Spacious room, great location, good value

A little difficulties to check in due to not yet received the check in code oppon arrival. But it was quickly resolved by the staff

À very well located place , nice decoration , easy to check in check out and most important of all , so clean ! I really enjoyed the decoration in the room and in the whole building!

Nothing was perfect

easy check in. clean place. very helpfull stuff even through interfon….U actually care to be supported&helped with whatever U need.they do this anytime.

kettle in the room,as mentioned here. we have no any pandemic anymore. or at least a cup to make a tea/cofee with tap water.
