Central location, 10 min walk to shops, parking available, comfortable bed, receptionist very accommodating, pleasant, helpful

Bathroom quite dark, shower curtain needed a wash, kettle but no cups, spoons, tea or coffee offered, would have been good to have even a machine to pay for drinks or snacks.

The location

The guesthouse smelled bad, like smoke. No heating or air conditioning in the room. TV not working, kettle and cups not clean. There was rarely someone in reception during opening hours so you had to call for assistance. There was a hole in bedsheets. There was no cleaning service or service at all No elevator for reaching rooms so you have to carry your own heavy suitcase up two or three flights of stairs. No help offered by hotel staff.

Very centrally located.

Smells very heavily of mens deodorant and cigarette smoke in the entrance and hallways, the receptionist wasn't very accomodating and uncommunicative.

The place was in a great location. Just a short walk to the main area where there was a Festival of Laterns going on and the place was buzzing.

The room smelled of stale smoke and one of the pillows had mould on it. The head board was ragged and old.

Cleanung of stairs case would do wonders, also a new footmatt at entrance door! The current footmat is a slip hazard!

In the hotel tv is there but tv chanels are not working , fridge is there but its not working . No bed sheets covers.

the whole room smells like smoke. There is no even a bottle of water, in the room. The refrigerator is so loud.

This is a filthiest place in whole of Bad Homburg. I did not even stay for a night. I asked formy refund. That also was never given back. These guys running this place are frauds! They should be jailed and this ghetto must be closed down on permanent basis.

The whole place is cold stinking and dirty. No lifts no lights and no cleanliness.

This is a sub-standard hotel. This shoce closed down. The rooms stink. The picture is also fake of the room. Actual rooms are in the worst condition.

Everything. I left the property without staying immediately. They didn't even refund my money.

The Manager was friendly and helpful.

I picked up a lot of bed bucks, and couldn't sleep the second night. I had to spend quite a bit of money at the doctor and pharmacy.
