Everything was top notch - the amazing room design, the comfy bed, the gigantic bathtub, the blinds that make the room completely dark in the morning, the picturesque wine fields views from the room and balcony, the lovely staff that so warmly welcomed us and helped us with dedication to contact our car rental company, the included high quality breakfast that not only serves the basic stuff but also includes fresh vegetables, salmon and a real fried egg (a very uncommon thing to find in a free breakfast in eu/us)! It just feels that they thought about ALL the details to make this a perfect stay.

Honestly it's really hard to find something we didn't like. I guess the internet quality could be improved a bit - we occasionally lost connectivity. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Germany.

Everything was amazing. the staff were extra nice and very attentive during breakfast and when you wanted to ask them any questions. I did not interact much with the staff otherwise since we were always out exploring. it was a lovely location where we were able to catch the sunset through the hallway communal balcony. it feels like they thought of everything and everything they designed was meant to be there. The room is very well designed and everything felt like home.

We had no complaints other than the car park gets full every evening from the restaurant so would recommend to come back way later or earlier than 6pm. If you are booking the spa make sure you book by 8:30 anythings later than this they will not turn it on for you :)

The room was nice albeit a little dated. The view from our room was spectacular but partly hidden by the roofs of nearby homes

The location was very isolated and getting to and from the property was difficult, even with a car. Only one eating place and that was the restaurant but the menu was limited and expensive. Morning breakfast was the exactly the same every day. The gym was not poorly equipped and ventilate. The aircon was a constant problem and was cutting off and frequently throughout the night.

Excellent location of the hotel, amid beautiful vineyards. The cleanliness of the room (spotlessly clean) and its comfortable size. Very friendly staff. At the restaurant we had delicious sommer salat, flammekuche and shrimps. There are also choices of walking trails in the area to walk off the calories gained from good food!

1- pillows… too soft too flat 2- air conditioner - the system automatically shut off at 11pm. (And restarted at 9am) We had to open the window at night to let fresh air into the room, which means around 5am daylight filled the room and woke us up!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a rough travel day and they were all too happy to help us with a reservation in the restaurant and help us both relax. Dinner was delicious and the Peafowl was especially flavorful. The selection presented many local options for different tastes. I only wish we had the energy to stay up for dessert! The bathtub- top notch. While we spent only one night on the property, we fully enjoyed our room and the breakfast the following morning. The chef managing breakfast was very attentive and spoke English with great humor. This hotel is a must stay for the staff and quality of care. I hope very much to return.

Parking was a bit tricky. Being American meant was couldn’t quite figure out street signage and blacktop painting in the dark when we arrived. All was well and we found a space within a few minutes on the quiet street. We did elect to stay in a theme room to shake things up, and the wine bottle fixture needed a bit of dusting.

Everything was perfect, we came by car, there was a parking in front of the hotel and the centre of Baden Baden was only 6 km away. The hotel offers great facilities, perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms , breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The spa within the hotel is perfect for some private, relaxing time , also immaculate hygiene. We went there a few days before Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, Baden Baden is worth a visit and the hotel a must stay i :-), we will be back for sure. P.S. Staff was exceptionally kind:-)

Great location with easy parking directly outside of the hotel Very comfortable rooms with an ensuite bath and a balcony with views over the vineyards with lovely walks nearby the staff were so helpful and friendly we had dinner which was exceptional with great service, the staff were so friendly and spoke English so we felt very comfortable in our choices, it is necessary to book as it was very busy We had a very good early breakfast with a lot of choice Would recommend and return if we are in the area again

All positive, very friendly staff, food, room, perfect communication with reception, nice and quiet area, direct to the forest for beautifull hikes.

The hot chocolate from the machine is realy not drinkable. For the rest of our stay, on my request, I received the real stuff ;). Maybe this should be served from the first day?

Staff are adorable people, nice view, perfect for who's seeking the quiet places.

The room is too cold, bed sheets has some smell and so on the pillows are not comfortable neither the mattress. My wife slept with a jacket because of the cold, there was a dusty blanket in the closet
