The hotel in itself is very charming and nice. Old building with a retro vibe. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. There were however a few things which made the stay less pleasant: the walls are extremely thin and one can hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms. That being said, it's noone's fault that our neighbours were very loud, but the fact that the cleaning crew started vacuuming at 8 in the morning on a Sunday shows disinterest towards the guests' comfort. Other than that, our room had mold in the shower. All in all the facilities are good, the location is great just the staff could be more mindful.

Located in the old part of town in one of the old buildings. The night was warm so we're glad that a pedestal fan was provided. We parked our car in the secure underground carpark next to the tourist information Centre, a 3 min walk from the accommodation. Once we read the email properly it was a straightforward processes to use the key safe to get the key to our room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room, given the not so high rating on Booking.com. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a one night stay (just to sleep) for one person. Check-in was the easiest with the automatic system with just a # to enter to get the keys. It wasn't noisy when I was there but it's true that the walls are very thin...

The water from the tap in the sink was barely coming out... But in the shower it was ok.

Everything was good, I don't understant, why another people in review are complaying. One night is extremly cheap, I was not expecting anything, but hotel is good. Bed is comfortable, everything was clean..and I was directly in the city center.

Only thing which was annoying is shower curtain.

The location is perfect and the building is cozy and historic vibe & it was possible for very early checking which is perfect after long trip

The wifi doesn't work at all and the sharp edges of some corners at the room very painful when hits & can't be avoided all the time

The location is right in the middle of Bamberg, so the proximity to all the fun stuff was exceptional. The room was cozy. The staff friendly and speaks perfect English. Definitely coming back in the future

Really fantastic for the price, You couldn't get more central than here, a stones throw from Fassla brewery and Spezial brewery. I didn't actually meet any staff while I was here, it was a contactless check in and then a key drop facility. Really lovely building, and no outside noise at all. Biggest plus was a very comfortable bed. Very clean.

Stuff who is Canadian and German she said. She is fantastic person. Friendly. Kindly. And room and hotel also lovely. I definitely going to book this hotel when I visit Bamberg next time.
