A straightforward, easy and fast check-in with clear instructions. Staff were available pretty much 24/7 to answer all questions we had even including some information on how we best get around with public transport. All were very friendly. The room itself was well equipped with everything we needed so we were able to do everything quite easily - plenty of storage for clothes and food, decent sized fridge with even some freezer space, cooker with pots, a pan, salad bowl, chopping board, cooking utensils, even oil, salt and pepper. Bathroom was neat and again well equipped with all that you needed there too. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so we could easily get to the town centre too. We loved it and would happily come again!

Nothing really

It's a great concept that worked just fine for us. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our German trip. Apparently, it's very uncommon to have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Remember to have the aircon enabled before you go to sleep. Otherwise, it gets very hot at night even when it's cold outside.

The initial registration via emails and whatsapp was not smooth. It required multiple reattempts and conversations with the agents before the documents were accepted. It felt very similar to bank account registration in terms of the expected level of detail provided to the hotel staff.

The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful. The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers. The hotel is at the main street,close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station. There are restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. You can find parking on the street around. I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room,including tea and coffee. The room also had a safe.

I didn't like that the bathroom is not separated by a wall from the room. You couldn't have any privacy when using the toilet. Very embarresing. This can be ok only if you are alone in the room. Secondly the bed is so soft that makes your spine bend,giving lower back pains. Thirdly, when the entrance door is closing behind you is hitting so hard that the walls of the neighbouring rooms are vibrating and the noise is so loud that wakes you up.

It was a very comfortable stay. We especially loved the pillows. They were so big, fluffy, and soft that it was a real joy to sink into them at the end of the day. The tourist attractions in the center were conveniently and swiftly accessible with public transport.

The option to sort garbage (at least paper and plastic) would be appreciated, and a holder cup for the toothbrushes in the bathroom would be welcome as well.

The hotel was modern, with a nice decor and spotlessly clean. It was quiet, bathroom was really nice and had a walk-in shower and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to both bus and tram, so it was easy and quick to get into the town centre. The booking procedure and getting the Passcodes for the rooms was really easy and convenient, and it was nice not to have to queue to check in or out. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Air con would have been nice, as we staid during a very hot spell. We also missed having a bar for late night drinks, or at least the opportunity to purchase some drinks or snacks from a vending machine.

Very organized and efficient, excellent location and facilities, room at first very clean. Good system of information through AI WhatsApp agent and, in case needed, through human agents. Very friendly the latter, too.

The cleaning. It was done very much approximately. The cleaning stuff was actually rude to me in a quite remarkable way. Also the cleaning included in the price is quite rare, especially considering how superficially is carried.

Nice modern and comfortable room with everything you need. There is a small mini bar with fridge and free treats (coffee, tea, snacks, drinks). The room windows overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet. Convenient and clear contactless communication system.

The mug stand by the coffee machine was broken. Also dust was clearly visible on the black coffee machine. It looked like the bed was made up after dusting. I think the cleaning sequence could be adjusted to provide more cleanliness.

The room/suite was very bright and comfortable with a huge bed, table, desk, kitchenette and bathroom with a huge bath. It had a touch of luxury to it and was well connected to downtown Bonn with several buses outside the door and the 61 tram five minutes walk away. There was a great bakery, Gilgen's, 3 minutes in the opposite direction to Bonn.

There was a microwave, but a metal bowl that I didn't want to risk putting in it. I was also a little nervous about cooking because of the notice of setting off the smoke alarm. Even though the bath was great, the inclined floor of the shower wasn't steep enough and let water leak out onto the bathroom floor. I found it strange having no reception or staff and worried what I would do if anything went wrong. a

Very convenient. Bus stations just by the hotel. The fact of having a kitchenette is very helpful.

Curtains at the hotel are not truly blackout. Sun hits the room at 6 in the morning. Cleaning on the room is made once a week and you have to pay for extra cleaning. It should be at least twice a week.

Excellent stay with very good service and modern facilities. The hotel offers very comfortable stay and comes with a kitchenette. The beds area very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay and look forward to return here.

Not.a negative aspect but good to mention the bath shower area floods a bit after a shower and one of the towels was a bit torn. The hotel is a bit away from the centre but easily accessible by Bus from the centre.
