We were travelling by bike so the secure bike storage in a lockable garage with easy access for us was ideal. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice of cereals, fruit, and various savoury dishes. Also liked its quiet setting in spacious grounds

Would have appreciated decent drink making facilities in our rooms. While quite adequate for our needs, it did feel a bit run down, particularly externally and maintenance of the grounds looked almost non-existent. Because we were travelling availability of evening meals or close by restaurants would have been good. In the event we found a Greek restaurant some 15-20 minutes walk away where we had pizza and some very iffy Moussaka. So lack of decent restaurants was definitely a downer.

It was a good location, staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean overall. The breakfast was good.

There was no tea making facilities and the restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed. Sheets etc were very clean but I dropped something under the bed and when I went to retrieve it, I could see it hadn’t been cleaned under there- however, the rest of the room was very clean.

Breakfast and dinner were superb. Large and spacious rooms. Location near the rhine with a calm atmosphere. Phenomenal support from the personnel at the location.

The rooms and halls could be modernized a bit but overall it was honestly just a great experience.

Noisy bed, but it is not uncomfortable though To find the parking lot is confusing A lift could be helpful when you travel with an elder and multiple luggage

The breakfast was very complete. They offered fresh bread from a local backery which was delicious. What they don't have are cakes available but considering the size of the hotel this is really not needed. The hotel is well located and easy to find, even when arriving very late. As the reception was closed when I arrived, they locked the key into a security lock with a password I got from them so it was easy and safe to check in. The place has this familiy-hosted ambient, which I find charming. They also have a very nice and big garden outside so it's actually attractive if coming with kids. There are tables outside if you want to have drinks at night or so. I would definitely chose this place again if I am in Bonn or visiting Cologne again.

The facilities were ok for the price but the room was a little cold when I arrived. I guess they had heating but I couldn't find it. Fortunately they had another blanket in the wardrobe which I could use.

Good location near Bonn, green neighborhood, clean rooms, practical basic kitchen corner. I did not try breakfast there.

No dedicated on-site parking (one has to park either on the street, or at an apartment block in the backyard). The apartment has only basic kitchen corner. On a hot day (+39 C) I was given an apartment in an attic on the sunny side of the building, while the building was mostly not occupied then (other rooms may be more comfortable on that special occasion). Entire evening the floor-neighbors were noisy. I also did get a receipt of my payment (they said they cannot print then, and provided it later by email). Overall, my stay was OK (my requirements were very basic for a 1-d work visit), and there is a good room for improvements to increase the value/price ratio.

Location sign posted but unsure as to whether we could use the road into the park as looked like a cycle path.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was adecuate. Staff very pleasant. Private parking for our motorcycles.

The wooden floor in the room was in need of updating.
