The area in which the hotel is located is pleasant, also if it is between a residential and an industrial area becouse it is very quiet and it is very easy to find parking if the hotel one is busy. As soon as you enter the hotel reception you feel comfortable, the staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the mood in the rooms at the last floor are fancy and relaxing, I had the opportunity to use the appartment and it was gorgeus. What to say about the breakfast, extremely varied and well stocked with high quality products, you can range from sweet to savory without problems, simply delicious. Many thanks to the full staff for the very positive experience I had. I warmly suggest this hotel for all of you would like to stay nearby Dinslaken.

Quiet location, clean nice hotel, probably the best accomodation in comparision with the other hotels in Dinslaken.

The receptionist looks friendly, but she communicates nor German even English. If you have any questions, a little issue or you want pay for the accomodation, you have to communicate with a young man who will arrive at the hotel at an agreed time.

Nice location near to Dinslaken station. Superbly clean and well supplied with tea and coffee, along with chocolates and bar. Check-in done on line along with entry instructions, with excellent communication from the hotel throughout.

I loved the fact that there was a mirror in the bathroom X5 so that i could see myself without my glasses on. The coffee and tea station in the room was well stocked as was the bar fridge.

The set-up of the room. It looked more like an apartment than a room. A brilliant service. A fantastic breakfast with a wide variety, including gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk.

Small hotel but absolutely wonderful, check in was easy and smooth. Staff are amazing very helpful. Place was clean with calming smell in all rooms proper coffee machine. Everything was fantastic! I recommend this place.

Staff came in to put the curtains in mins before we checked out they could have waited or done it before we check in other than that all was good.
