We liked most of the aspects of the hotel, close to the town centre, tidy grounds and free parking, very clean good size and comfortable room. We had a good night rest. In the morning, although we planned for no pre booked breakfast, there was happy hour for complimentary coffees at the reception! That set us very happy for a long day journey ahead.

Self check in can be tricky, as it doesn't immidiately take you to a language change. We found the interface for key card issue tempremental, and it took us a few attempts to set up the key for the room.

The hotel is immaculate. Clean and comfy rooms with a great buffet breakfast to meet all needs. Turns out it's an old Dunlop factory too, lots of pictures inside highlighting it's former life.

Parking was a little restricted on arrival, but we did arrive late. Thankfully parking in a disabled spot didn't offend anyone. The cappuccino from the machine was a bit milky, but these are such miniscule issues at a great hotel.

Second stay in a week at Sleepingroomz and it was no different than the first. Clean and comfy and super close to the Autobahn. Also, super close to an amazing kebab house 3 min walk away. Continental breakfast was topped up all morning too, just right for the journey.

The reception isn't manned and the check in is awkward.

For us, excellent location beside motorway with secure parking and dog friendly.Exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist. The wall art caught our attention, one side of room covered by modern interpretation of "Girl with a pearl ear ring".

The room was tiny, with the bed in the middle of the room. Barely space to move around at all. Only one chair, no kettle or drinks. The dog .managed better because he could move about under the bed!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and easy self-service check-in. Very close to the motorway. Highly recommended. An ideal hotel for a stopover on a trip through Europe.

I don't like carpeting in hotel rooms.

The staff was super friendly, approachable and helpful. Room was huge, very clean, bed comfortable, fast Internet and the water pressure in the shower excellent. The location is lovely, feels you are in the middle of the nature, although not quite easily reachable by public transport, nowadays with all the construction works especially at night.

Clean, close to Dortmund city centre with a unique feel to the area and accessible travel. Spacious rooms. Team were really accommodating with our travel after disruption to our arrival time.
