Staff, clean I was planning to get there around midnight and informed them. We had an exhibition in Köln and planned to sleep some hours in this hotel and continue to drive. We got there later around 1:30 am and exactly that night the winter time changed to summer time. So it was 2:30 am. There was a shift change happening and the gentleman was trying to explain me. I could not understand and it was a bit stressful situation. Anyway the kind gentleman together with another person from a distance location solved the problem. Minor suggestions: Maybe English language can be a bit developed to communicate with international guests. Though with today translators it is not difficult to communicate and we did. The height of entrance to the parking worth to be mentioned.

Location was good, 5 min walk to station with train passing every 1 hour exactly at same time, in 20 minites you are in Dortmund central ststion. Big grocery store near and small souvenir shops.

pricing was not even near what I got but guess it was becouse of EURO 2024, room needs proper renovation and upgrade but still can be passable for reasonable pricing. Highly recomend to bring in little fridge and slippers for guest.

nice cozy modern room. Quiet location. Many supermarkets nearby and a few fast food options. All was working well. Connection to Dortmund ok by local train from Boevinghausen.

Hotel is between Bochum and Dortmund. Connection to Bochum a bit complicated (bus 364 + tram 308/318), connections at evening or weekend to Bochum not very regular

Offroad private parking, friendly staff. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable. For an overnight stay acceptable. For the Price dont expect luxury. I would stay there again.

The carpet showed that the room was well used.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was generally quite tidy and the checking in and checking out process was quick and easy. I was offered breakfast, but didnt have time but was able to get a coffee before I left.

I had paid for a double room, but in the end only had a twin room and the beds had to be pushed together. As a 6 foot 7 man this meant that my sleep could have been better. Also, I would have liked a kettle in the room. However, when I asked for hot water the staff were able to prepare this for me.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed.

No mirrors in the room except the bathroom, not facility for tea & coffee. Limited breakfast options. Room 107 had lots of beasties (not sure what they were).

Fabulous friendly staff. Superb location, 2 mins from the station and 2 mins from the shops. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is great value for money. Speciall thanks to Ifa at the reception and young lady at the breakfast.
