The location is close to a tram, just 5-10min walk which brings you to the city center in 15-20min. There is a floor heating in the room and i like the decoration where the name of the apartment comes from, because it's Art.

The location is in a back yard which has limited parking space and it's a narrow way to get there. However there are public parking spaces in front of the house but they were occupied when i came there. So, you probably have to drive around to find a parking slot but surely depends of the arrival time.

Apartment and it's facilities are so good. Friendly management too.

Everything is good including the location, it is nice and peaceful. I felt it is a bit far from the city central. But tram station is very near to this apartment.
