We had a wonderful time at the "IBIS" hotel with our family of 5! The breakfasts were simply amazing - diverse and delicious, catering to the tastes of all family members. The hotel staff was caring and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, the "IBIS" hotel provided us with a pleasant stay, and we are grateful for the hospitality and amenities.

However, we were not happy with the condition of the curtains and the level of dust under the beds. We noticed dirty curtains and dust bunnies during room cleaning, and we hope that the hotel will address this issue to improve the cleanliness.

Excellent hotel ideally located for all that Dresden has to offer. The hotel benefits from a quiet location with a tram stop directly outside the main entrance. This connects you to the entire DVB network. The hotel is welcoming and bright and the staff are friendly, helpful and caring. They made me feel valued. My room was huge! Tasteful, modern decor and a big comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic and toiletries are provided. I had everything | needed and slept really well on both nights of my stay. The price I paid for my room was incredibly reasonable and I enjoyed amazing value for money. I chose to have breakfast on the first morning of my stay. It was €13 and was excellent. Lovely variety of hot and cold foods which set me up for a brilliant day sightseeing in Dresden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for a restful and comfortable place to stay. Really enjoyable!!

The location at night was at first a little intimidating as there were a couple of vagrants sleeping rough on the street. By the following day during daylight we then realised that the area was in fact not that bad and was largely residential. There are some really good restaurants and bars close by and it's literally a 10min tram ride into the Dresden Altstadt. You can walk it but it's 40mins in and 40mins back out.

Price was good and rooms were quite large. Location was not very far from the stations (our bus stop and the train station). And not so far from the center (25-30 min by walk+tram). Not very big choice of dishes for the breakfast but they were tasty, so I would prefer how it is than to pay more.

Soap near the hand washer wasn't filled during the cleanup. No flidge in our room (although our friends had). And I didn't notice an air conditioner (wasn't necessary during our stay but likely important during the summer).

Big room on the last floor. . Access to balcony. Coffee and tea in the room. Good breakfast.

Dark painted corridors. Not enough light / lamps in the room - in the evening it was dark. Would be great to have mosquitiere in the balcony entrance, to enable open the balcony door in the evening. You might have a challenge to find the parking space in the evening within the neighbourhood.

We had reserved a triple room and were expecting one room with three beds but were happy to find that we’d been given a room that had two separate double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. It was very comfortable. The hotel is also very conveniently located near an S-Bahn stop for travel in and out of Dresden, as well as near Dresden Neustadt station for longer distance trains.

The shower didn’t drain water properly and it flooded the bathroom floor, however we informed the staff about it and it wasn’t a big issue as we were only staying for one night.

Clean room, good bed linen. Comfortable hotel accommodation, 20 minutes walk to historic objects. Delicious and varied breakfast: salad, slicing cheese and sausage, meatballs, omelette, pancakes, coffee/juice/tea. Pleasant staff, light check in, no problem left the bags after check out.

I don’t see minuses.

Great location and value for a stay in Dresden. The family room fit our family of 6 perfectly and was very affordable. There is free street parking outside on weekends and it was not hard to find a spot. The continental breakfast was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

We really liked the equipment and design of the room interior, plus the cleanliness. Our room was spacious and pleasant to stay in. We also enjoyed the breakfast - there was a lot to choose from. For graveyard lovers like we are: the nearby "Inner Neustadter Friedhof" is a lovely photogenic place for a Golden Hour stroll - with beehives, old trees and interesting tombstones.

The corridors and indoor shared spaces made a bit dilapidated impression, so the room itself and the breakfast room were actually a very pleasant surprise :-).

Elevator was working very strangely (old one and need some repairs). On ground floor staff was going for a shot smoke. So everywhere (even in reception) you could feel cigarettes...
