Very comfy, calm and conveniently located hotel with great staff. I was checking in late so they called me to explain thoroughly where can I find the keys. Still I was so tired checking in at 21.30 that somehow locked myself out of the room. You'd think they'd be annoyed since the reception was already closed and they had to come from home to open the room for me - nothing further from what happened! The person who came was so kind and understanding! Very classy! I totally recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The owner was exceptionally friendly and spoke very good English. The hotel, and our room, were very clean.

Nearby road construction made it a bit challenging to find the hotel parking lot. The one lane corridor between construction fencing and the sidewalk was very narrow.

Due to dangerous weather/travelling conditions, and concern for health & welfare of travelling companions , I had to book Hotel Bamberger Hof, last minute. We were warmly welcomed, even though we 'dripped' water all over the carpet! The price, for the comfort we experienced, along with breakfast, was great! AND none of the doors in the hotel clicked or slammed shut, so no one was disturbed by others moving around very late or early. The rooms were very comfy. The shower, hot and powerful. The continental breakfast had a good range to choose from. All the staff we met, were very welcoming, smiling and pleasant. We were travelling on motorcycles, and there was sufficient, decent hard standing for us. Not 'secure' parking but sufficiently secluded from passers by.

Other reviews mentioned traffic and train noise. We only experienced it outside the hotel. We liked everything. And have already planned to use this hotel again on our next trip.

This place was amazing. Great location to visit local and neighboring attractions. Room was large and spacious, breakfast hearty and staff very friendly offering tips on eating and places to visit.

Good breakfast, nice staff, possibility to take drinks from a fridge in the corridor. Resturant 6 minuts walk from the hotel. Good price.

Room quite small, no water

The staff was so wonderful, the breakfast was incredible, the facilities were modern and clean. For a small hotel I felt very taken care of and really grateful for my stay here.

We spent a night for a working meeting. The bed was really comfortable, clean room and bathroom, very good breakfast, friendly staff and near to supermarkets.

There was no communal room for a meeting or work, but we ended up doing it in our room and it was actually really nice because there were desk and two chair available.

Everything was OK and according to description. A quiet place, parking was available, very good breakfast from 7 a.m.

It's right beside of the train station of this little city, what gives us facilities to visit other cities around Germany are. We arrived late, no more receptionists, however, everything was left arranged and we didn't have any problem in accommodate ourselves. Good breakfast included in price and I had already a table reserved with my name for our first meal 😋 👏

We wanted to check in at 2pm and we let them know earlier but they did not answer and in the end we had to wait one hour for the hotel to open. other than that all was good.
