When I checked in to the hotel, I was treated badly by the receptionist, as I am an IHG gold member, and she refused to register my membership, claiming that I did not book through the official website, knowing that registering for membership is normal and I always do it without problems, but the employee is stubborn and does not like to serve anyone

The accommodation matched my expectations, it was just an overnight stay during transit. The breakfast was a bit weaker than what I am used to, i.e. less choice, but it was sufficient. check in and check out perfect, staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived late in the evening and there were groups of workers around the hotel and in the corridors, drinking beer and smoking. It wasn't exactly pleasant, but I guess the hotel is undergoing some renovations. In that case, it's understandable. Fortunately, it's possible to drive straight into the convenient garage and at least partially avoid it.

Very good position to visit Munich, very nice hotel as base to visit the area. Breakfast is managed by groups, it’s a smart way to handle well crowded days. Very useful external and internal car park that is for free

Very nice hotel near München. There is free parking and it's close to the highway. To visit the center of Munich, we drove to Feldkirchen station (about 8 minutes) and parked our car there (free parking). From there you can take the train (€3,90) to the city center. About the hotel: nice, clean room, good shower and great beds. The breakfast was also great, plenty of choice (I only missed scrambled eggs). The staff is also very friendly.

Can't think of anything. It would have been nice if the hotel provided charging stations for electric cars. We now used the charging station about 8 minutes walking from the hotel, but it's not really an area you want to walk around in the dark.

We appreciated the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness; the underground parking. Helpful staff at the reception. Good breakfast (basic).

Budget hotel; everything basic, small room. 2 elevators and both broken. The hotel was crowded and so was the restaurant in the morning, but there was an additional big room. Our kids (teenagers) complained about the Parsley shower gel. :)) We are especially complaining about the shower's doors: the water is flooding. Noisy (no sound proof).

Decent hotel on an accessible location by car. By public transportation is hard to access and visit the city. It's only a transit hotel. I stayed 3 nights there.

Verry small room. Poor breakfast. The sofa was verry noisy in the night, like creaks al the time. The windows are not closing adequately. It was -6 degrees in the night and you can feel the cold wind comming from the windows. I tried to force them to close better but no chance. Just putted toilet paper on the airflows to stop the wind.

The room was clean, which is always a top priority for me. The parking was comfortable and hassle-free, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. The breakfast offered was good, with a decent variety to start the day off right. The reception was opened even at night.

One thing I didn't quite like was the check-in process. It wasn't clear to me why it's necessary to check in at night and go through the process of making some copies and handling receipts. I believe this could be streamlined and possibly handled online or through some automated system. This would make the check-in experience much more convenient and efficient for guests :)

~ it was surprising how easily we fit in the room (2+2), with no wasted space we felt the room size was just enough for our family ~ breakfast was excellent with many choices ~ location was just fine for our 1-night stay while passing Munich on our longer journey

we were disappointed by the consistency and taste of scrambled eggs served for breakfast - as observed by other guests' leftover plates, we ere not the only ones

Right off of the Autobahn, quick/ easy ride from the Erding Therme which we enjoyed for the day. Ok breakfast

The room was very small for a family of 4; but ok for just one night. Front office gentleman was very nice and helpful, unfortunately his lady co worker (Saturday evening March 9th) was not! Our small boys were sleeping on the pull out couch which had the metal rods sticking out and with young kids- who move all over at night- it is very dangerous! The lady co-worker seemed not happy to have a paying job and just told me that she couldn't do anything for us!!!! Without even considering! Not very hospitable! I believe his name was Mustafa- he was very pro active and found a solution to our problem.

Arrived by car, free parking. Stayed here for one night. We went to P+R Messe the next day which is close by. The room was clean, modern, comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. There were 3 of us and the child slept on the couch bed which was large, enough for two people. Good breakfast, a bit crowded, but had a good meal. We liked the pretzels.
