Good hotel with super friendly staff and clean comfy rooms. We enjoyed our stay here!

There are only a few things that could be considered as an area of improvement: - the breakfast was fine, but totally the same day by day: it would be better to have a little bit of variation in this; - the vast majority of TV channels are local, so German language only: just a few more additional channels in English (except for one or two News channels) would make it a lot better; - the conditioning system turned out to be a problem somehow, we couldn’t set the lower temperature than we already had in the room, all the settings made it rise even more, so it was better without conditioning at all 🥲 (the instructions were also in German only, without Eng version of them)

I loved the area and close proximity to everything. The staff were fantastic!! Not the usual German coldness we ahave received in the past 20 years i have been attending the Fair. Well done to the staff for making it a very memorable stay.

I loved it but yes there were some minor issues. 1. Beer ran out on Friday night. Bad mistake for not having beer for the weekend. Only Weis beer 2. Two seperate rooms never had coffee mugs cleared. 3. My aircon didn’t work. Reported it on Saturday but understand that it couldn’t be fixed on a weekend? 4. Toilets downstairs smelled awful

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The room was very comfortable, with an outstanding bed and a soft mattress that made for a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot summer days. I really liked the location ) it wasn’t too far from the railway station and was very well connected by public transport (yet, a rather quiet area). Two different bus lines passed nearby, and the bus stop was just a few meters from the hotel, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh bakery items, a variety of fruits, and plenty of tasty options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day. In addition, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If the opportunity arises, I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

One small point for improvement: upon arrival, I didn’t immediately notice that the window was open, as it was partially hidden behind the curtains. There was a helpful notice advising guests to keep the window closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering, but unfortunately I only saw it later in the evening—after mosquitoes had already come in. It might be useful to either ensure windows are closed prior to guest arrival or to place a more visible reminder, especially when the window is left open during the day by the cleaning staff.

This is my Frankfurt! The hotel is in a great location. You will feel the local atmosphere and take a break from big business. If you take a few minutes walk, you'll catch a great view of the skyscrapers or stroll among the stores and pubs among Frankfurt's residents, and if you add a few minutes more, you'll reach the riverfront and the newly decorated docks. Other than that, the hotel is very pleasant and clean. It has a quiet atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, good and helpful. They will not leave you unanswered and will even talk to you. The room is sufficient for weekend trips. I recommend it, and especially if you are going to a concert or other event at the stadium, because the hotel is well connected to the stadium. Just cross the bridge to the other side of the river and catch the right tram.

This hotel is excellent value. The included breakfast buffet is exceptional. We travelled for two weeks all over Germany and Austria and this hotel has the most helpful staff of them all. Once we moved rooms, we had a comfortable sleep on our second night.

The hotel is located in an industrial area of town, so expect some air pollution. Also, right next to the hotel is a night club, which usually has jazz but when we arrived was in the midst of an all night rave, which very loud bass that you could clearly hear in your room. That ended at 10 PM, but I pity the people who had stayed the night before. Our particular room that night overlooked the parking lot--which was noisy because a group of men stayed outside and drank and smoked and were loud until 3AM. The hotel staff asked them to be quiet, but the group did not care. So, if you book this hotel we recommend the other side--not the front, either, as that is also a smoking area and loud. We moved the second night to the other side of the hotel and that room was perfect.

We had a smooth and swift check-in and check-out experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, one of our rooms had flies and mosquitoes, and one of my daughters developed an allergy after being in bed for less than 10 minutes, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. However, when we reported the issue, the reception staff promptly changed the two rooms, which we appreciated.

Provided 2 pillows and the beds were soft. 5 minute taxi ride from train station. Friendly staff and breakfast was included: it was a good variety though I wishes they had scrambled eggs, only hard boiled.

The window was left open in our room so it was 15°C. We tried turning it up but nothing was working, and were told its an old system and to wait. By the time we returned in the evening it was still 15, so they offered a new room to us. The new room was at least warmer, but still not temperature control.

The location and staff were top! Real easy to get to the city and the team were more than helpful. Clean facilities and modern rooms

Two things that bothered me 1. The couch was a little too low in comparison to the work table making it I comfortable to do work on m laptop. There was no chair or desk. 2. Bathroom stone tile floor not heated. Was a chilling experience the first night when I went to the bathroom in bare feet. But I guess the easy fix for that is to wear socks to bed.

Hotels in this category often become generic in terms of overall experience, therefore the staff becomes the most important differentiator, and in this case the staff was outstanding: welcoming, always ready to help, simply warm in the way the guests are treated. It was a pleasure to interact with all the members of the hotel's team.

Adjusted for 4 persons (with an extended sofa), the room can be cramped for some. We managed without major complaints, but just take this into consideration if you like more floorspace in your hotel room.

Property was tidy and easy accessible. Breakfast was lovely.

We unfortunately had a rough start as we arrived quite late (within checkin time) from London, to be informed they had no more family rooms (as booked and paid) available as they were overbooked! We have 2 small children and we ended up with 2 single rooms for the night. The issue was thankfully rectified the following day.
