Didnt know what to expect with this hotel. Totally my own fault went a roundabout way to get there. worked out that very easy to travel to and from the main train station and the center of town. For that fact that the Euros were on this hotel was amazing value, would highly consider and recommend if ever in Frankfurt again. Room was amazing, clean, comfortable and even room service which a very good value fridge with soft drinks and beer in the lobby. Staff were friendly and always of help. Would take a lot for me to book anywhere else for a Frankfurt stay in future

The room is very clean and smell fresh. Green approach to not needing to service the room everyday. The "hang-on" sign is a bit confusing for me at first. Helpful reception on questions regarding travel to the places of interest in Frankfurt. The ability to extend check-out time with a fee.

The room is a bit hot and I cool it is by opening the window. Then I have a few bees and other insects flying in my room. Would be nice if room is also provided with tissue paper. No safe box in the room.

- Location is very excellent. - Staff are very nice , cooperative and friendly . - Quiet hotel . - 24 hrs help desk with needs availability’s support. - Room is big .

- Door access was not working for 2 nights. - Heating system is not working well in the room specially at night you will feel little cold. - 2 beds are engaged together, that means most of the night you will feel that your mattress is moving out the bed and you need to return it back in order to sleep nicely. - 1 elevator, and in some rush hours you have to wait. - Bathroom is small .

Coming from a hot country, I can adjust the room temperature higher to suit myself. I also like the possibility of extending the checkout time, as my flight is late at night.

I did not book breakfast ahead of time as I want the flexibility. I did not ask for the reason, but on Monday 21Jul2025, I wanted to eat breakfast but it was Closed.

1- the location less than 2 minutes walk to metro station witch take you easly less than 10 min to city center 2- very save and nice quiet area save at night 3- the hotel is very clean 4- stuff very nice and helpful 5- breakfast is amazing

1- house keeping knock the door on us at 9 AM while we are sleeping, and open the door suddenly don't care if you are naked or sleep, they open door twice and we are not ready to give them room , it's really bad thing we don't like, when we said to her we don't ready she started shouting in German, we don't understand what she said, I always stay in ibis hotel in every city we visit first time face problem like this with house keeping, that they usually ask me what time would like to clean room in other ibis hotels not open door suddenly , I am really shocked 2- room very small 3- no tea or coffee even water in room , they should but mini bar in room even it's baid , don't need to go to reception every time even you need water or tea

The website and signs at the hotel said there was food 24/7 but I arrived at 930pm and there was no way to get food at the hotel. This should either be communicated before hand or there should actually be food available. Arriving in the evening expecting there to be food but there not being any is quite frustrating.

Great hotel, room was very clean, breakfast was great, Location is good , price was good too for a major city, shame there was no kettle in the room but that maybe would have made it a 3 * but was impressed for the quality as is a 2*

No real bar but might be because its off season but not a problem

The rooms are nice. Breakfast is not bas as well.

The elevator was out of service, and there was no one to help with the luggage.

The rooms were big, clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and was available almost all the time. Was a very pleasant stay!

There was a cost for early check-in. Even if the room was ready and even if it was only a couple of hours before.

Room was adequate, cozy, clean. Housekeeping was very nice. No comments on breakfast as we have not opted for it. Beds are comfortable. Reception is helpful, greets warmly. Public transport was within reach, could move to places easily. Can be recommended.

Could not find cupboard for keeping our belongings, valuables etc.
