Good breakfast with many options and good coffee machines. The room had enough space to feel relaxed and 3 pieces of furniture to sit. Checking in and out was easy and in general did not encounter any significant issues.

The only issue I had was connecting to WiFi with a company laptop. The WiFi system is one of those that in order to get internet access you are first redirected to a web page. Secured business/company laptops don't allow any redirection and internet access until a secure connection to the company's VPN is established.

The staff was so friendly, clean and not noisy

I was not happy that the pub they have was smoking! It would be nice to relax after a long day , this is one thing I look forward to in a hotel after a busy work day and could not enjoy because of a smoking pub! They need to send them out side and not by the door so we walk in and out of the hotel smelling and tasting like smoke. I will not be staying here again and my company. So unhappy about this!

The ambiance of the hotel, the good lighting throughout the hotel, the calming and relaxing effect of the centrally located fountain feature at reception, the thoroughly courteous and helpful service at check-in even though we arrived late at night (after 23:15H), splendid breakfast and service, good bed, wardrobe layout, full length mirror and lighting: convenient and pleasing, room was clean, work space was good as was the way lights were suitably placed.

Although there was a minibar (fridge only with just one glass bottle of water), there wasn’t a tea/coffee facility. The bathroom needs updating- the bath was a standard old-fashion one in which there is a shower: climbing over into a ‘high’ bathtub with a partial glass screen, called for effort and care.

The location is ideal, the staff are nice and the facilities are clean. The underground parking was cheap (15€ for an entire weekend) and the restaurants at the hotel had plenty of variety of food.

In order to have a room with AC you have to upgrade. We went on a day where it was 30°C out and it was unbearable to sleep without taking cold showers right before.

To be honest, I was a bit concerned as we arrived as the location wasn't as I expected, in the middle of what seems like a business park and everywhere was closed apart from a cake shop and little supermarket at the end on Merton Passage BUT I shouldn't have worried. After checking in, our room was fabulous and very clean. We ate in Andi's bar the first night, good food but better cocktails. The following day we decided to go into Frankfurt and realised that the S bahn is about a 10 min walk. The breakfast is amazing. A great selection from cereals to cooked. The staff are all very polite and despite me speaking my best German, they still liked to reply in English.

We stayed during a very warm summer. Rooms lacked AC and while one could get ventilators at the reception, it was still very warm inside the room.

The location is just 300 m from a tram station, with trians every 10 minutes to the city center. The university campus is in walking distance as well. There is a smll shooping amll nearby and a bitro/light dinner place in the hotel itself. There is a sauna and a small workout room on the 7th floor with a great view over the city. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. The staff was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile (in the literal sense) to return an item that I had forgotten in my room.

The free wifi was a tad too slow.

The heating is not very hot. I stayed for three days, but only provided me with two bottles of water. I don't know if the staff was negligent. I forgot to bring my comb before leaving, so I asked twice and left a note but didn't get it.

The hotel is really nice, all you need for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt. It is a little bit far for walking to the city-center, but the U-station is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it is really easy to reach the city center or the main station in just one ride - you don't need to change the U lines. It takes around 20-30 mins or less. The hotel was really clean, located in nice and peaceful neighborhood and there is a shopping mall nearby, less than 20 mins walk. Also, there was a great delicious offer for a breakfast.

No such a thing, everything was great and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was very nice, clean and clearly met my expectations. Breakfast was also good, with lots of options. Is a relaxed get away from the city hustles.

Parking is too expensive. 15€ additional for the Tiefgarage makes no sense, when the parking is free all around the hotel. Please take a note and park on the street side, you save 15€ per night. If it was around 6-10€, it still make sense, but atm it's too expensive when in comparison with the surroundings.
