Polite and friendly reception staff, breakfast was good value for money. Quick and easy train ride into the city from the hotel with no hassle of taking our car and finding parking. Excellent shopping centre right next to the hotel with lovely food stalls and great pop up wine bar - well worth a visit.

We were a large group performing at the nearby concert hall and we loved the fact that we could access the hall directly from the hotel. The hotel is next to a shopping mall with good places to eat and shop for necessities. Decent breakfast

Finding the hotel parking when arriving at the complex was a bit hard. More signs are needed to guide the cars. check-in and checkout times are the same, so you end up waiting in line, especially because there is only one person from the staff handling everything. The elevators are few and slow, considering the number of rooms in the hotel.

Comfy beds after a long exhausting flight. Helpful English speaking staff - we got lost in the carpark and they helped us locate the entrance.

The booking did not include the applicable City Tax: 2 € per person per night. Also, as a non-german tourist we found it hard to locate the entrance in the shopping centre carpark.

The hotel is located in the midle of One big Complex Mall with all Brands , supermarkets! Perfect place to stay !Down they have Therme with pool and the price is for 1.5 h or 3 h untill 7-8 e! Clean room ( 217) , with one small balcony 😊.The receptionist from there is speaking very nice and full with calm!

I discover this hotel after i was at therme ..I think for the possition with the best complex mall from Frankfurt, for Therme ..must to make more advertising.Great value for possition! Tks !🏊

Nicely decorated. Rooms very very good, clean and spacious with tra and coffee facilities and fridge. Staff wee very friendly too..very good location too. in tje shopping mall where you can have access to everything!!! Amazing!!!

The rooms have smell either of smoking or kitchen - though we changed the room which was better smell vise. No conditioning in the rooms.

Good place to explore the city and quick access to fairgrounds as well - in 25 min you can reach both downtown and Messe. The breakfast was fine for short stay, the room was clean and heating was working properly. Close to Nordwestcentrum a good place for shopping and eating, the hotel is situated just 100 meters from the entrance of the U bahn and a hypermarket.

Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very hearty and I can say that I would come back here anytime, I can only recommend it.

The location was great, right at the foot of the shopping centre, with the trains and buses in the shopping centre. The breakfast was pretty basic not much choice and it took a very long time for the empty trays of food and the juice canisters to be refilled again, so you either had to wait a long time for them to be refilled or just eat from the little choice that was out.

The choice of breakfast could have been better, and the pillows were very flimsy and thin so could have been better, there wasn't a fridge in our room, so when we bought water or juice to drink in the room on a hot summers day we had to drink it warm and couldn't drink anything cold. The mattresses were a bit springy but not too bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

All just ok, old hotel, but the price was also resonable.

Poor expensive breakfast, really bad scramble egs.. Not nice personel in breakfast area. They were not inforned that we paid for the breakfast, and they were not nice to us. Hotel is really nice when you dont take a breakfast. Parking is also expensive.
