We liked the hotel. It was perfect for a short stay at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, and the receptionists were really friendly and helpful. As far as I can see, some of the evaluators gave a low score for the location of the hotel. Yes, it's in the outskirts, but it has a parking lot and excellent public transport connection to the city centre. Walk 10-15 mins to the stop of Tram No.7, which ran every 20 mins during the day and every half an hour in the evening + it's clean, fast and you can buy a ticket on board, and then it's a 28-min ride to Heumarkt, from where you can just stroll around the old town. So, the location was just fine.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Stools to sit on, would prefer chairs. No kettle or tea making facilities. Excessive cost for dog per night. No secure parking.

Decent location, and very reasonable on price. Some nice restaurants nearby -Alter Bahnhof Frechen, was a really nice meal and nice beer garden. Staff spoke English and were helpful.

An easily accessible hotel from the motorway offering excellent value for money. We were passing through and stayed for one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. The room was exactly what we expected and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was nice and quiet. We were able to access public transport quite easily to get into Cologne and explore the city. Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers up the road at Rhein Energie Stadion. Wifi was excellent. Room cleaning services were also great.

Loved the brekky, but we did not know that the breakfast costs were not included in our booking cost. We also did not know that breakfast had to be paid for the night before. Unfortunately, this information was not included on the website or in any emails we received. We missed out on brekky on our last day as a result. The carpets felt a little dirty.

We didn't had breakfast because of our budget but im sure we missed the breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel staff are nice, I can borrow umbrella from hotel during the raining days. Also the hotel can sent me an invoice copy as I requested. Have many restaurants surrounded.

Easy check in, greay location for motorway and the park and ride. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, beds comfortable and ee had a great stay.

Breakfast time ended at 10am, would have preferred an end time of 11am. No coffee facilities in the room, but hey had a paid vending machine for coffee.

We stayed in a family room which had 2 separate sleeping areas on a split level (large double bed + 2 single bed). The downside of this is an extremely small bathroom but we actually did not mind this as we stayed one night only. Breakfast room with a wide choice to suit all.

Room was very nice. Spacious and clean. Easy to drive into town if you had a car . An American diner and petrol station right next to hotel .

If you take train or tram beware of times of last train .
