Nice area, nice and clean building and rooms. The staff was very helpful. We managed to get a nice lunch package instead of breakfast (we had to leave early). The outdoor swimming pool is great.

The description of the rooms didn't make it clear that the rooms are very much intended for romantic couples (bathtub directly in the room, glass door to the shower etc.) - we were a group and this was very strange for our stay.

Lovely location - easy 25min bus ride from the central station and near the Tuniberg vineyards - great for walking. Excellent breakfast, staff and pool. Spa is great for a hotel, the thermal spa at Keidel is a 10 min direct bus ride away if you want something more adventurous.

I love this hotel, I travel between England and Italy and have stayed here many times in the last 10 years. It never disappoints, the staff are always lovely. Everything is meticulously, clean- a great breakfast and a fantastic spa. I will return again before much longer

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times every year in the last decade, I travel alone, so book a single room. It would be nice just once in a blue moon to be recognised as a frequent guest and might be bumped into a nicer room last night. The hotel was very very quiet but as always single room allocated, that’s all I pay for so I’m not moaning, but I have racked up a fair few visits over the years

Nice sorrounding, great breakfast and relaxt swimming area. Friendly staff and a good bar. Nicely located next to the high way so well positioned for a night stay.

The pillows were not too comfortable, but I should’ve asked for more. The room was small and located next to the inner terraces

Super clean great breakfast , spa was good , location to hit both the Black Forest and Alsace is fabulous it's just off the 5 going from Switzerland to Frankfurt

A little pricey but I think worth it

Loved the pool and the breakfasts. If we came back would book one of the rooms opening out on to the pool. Friendly staff, great service, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely peaceful location.

Nothing, it was all lovely. There's not much else here, so it's a good place to properly relax.

Friendly welcome, secure parking, facilities excellent, room was fresh and clean, great size too for a family and the restaurant was exceptional decor, service and food.

The single room was comfortable. The Sauna was also nice after using the Fitness room. The dinner tasted amazing and the serving staff were all very friendly.

The dinner portion at the restaurant could have been larger for the price paid. But the flavor was great, so this is just a small personal critique.

Naming the place a castle is taking the mouth too full. It is a hotel. Missed the hangers for towels to dry in the bath room. The village is boring, nothing to see.

Stunning nature around the Schloss, professional staff, great pool and amazing breakfast.
