The hotel suited us perfectly for a short stay. We had a 2-bed apartment, which was perfect for a family with young children. The beds were comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast was good. Our room was very close to the train line, but there were no trains during the night, so this wasn't a problem.

The rooms generally felt a little dated and scruffy, but the mattresses were comfortable and for a place to sleep in between skiing days it was absolutely fine.

The view and room were very nice, we got bus tickets and discounts for some local things included. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very spacious.

I ordered breakfast for the first two days, but it was definitely not worth the 16€ per Person, there are cheaper and better options available in the town nearby.

the hotel is quaint, exceptional view, great breeze. there is a creek in the back with ducks and a beautiful yard. even though it was close to train tracks we did not hear anything at night

it would be nice to have a coffee machine, a big enough frig for snacks, water bottles, glasses and a forks, butter knives and spoons just in case and the shower floor needs to be raised in the back so it protects the floor from getting all wet.

It was clean and easy to find and can get a park place at site. We had a room with 2 floors with a balcony. Balcony and the flrst floor were good

Lights were not good. Also the 2nd floor was made of wooden blocks that made lots of noises while walking on them that was irritating when you want to go to bathroom in the middle of the night.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with 2 comfy chairs , coffee table and fridge. Nice balcony to relax on in fresh air. Parking spaces were on site but seemed enough for everyone. On first look inside the hotel has a dated feel but the room had been revamped and was very nice. Would happily stay again.

We booked this hotel because of the close location to the Zugspitze and it was great. We had a mountain view, which was lovely! Very quiet, staff was helpful, breakfast was plentiful and varied. Ample parking on site, free wifi, room was super clean, and loved the large balcony.

The only minus was the shower, it was pretty tiny, and due to the design, we had to be careful about the water getting all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, no complaints at all.

A little rundown, our family room had one room with windows to the second, which was a little strange. The railroad passes right by the hotel, but we heard it maybe twice, didn't really bother us.

This location was perfect for us, close to Lake Eibsee and Zugspitze, close to Garmisch and several grocery stores within minutes drive . We liked our room, it was spacious for 4 people and had a great view. Staff was nice, the hotel was family friendly and it was nice and quiet at night.

The location is simply amazing. We were there in May and the room had a view of both a river and the Alps. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and it was very big and comfortable.

I didn't like that during the hour of breakfast you can't even buy a coffee from the machine (if you haven't paid for breakfast and just want a coffee...)

That was comfortable stay for one night with beautiful view from all rooms on Alpspitze or forest. Fresh renovated bathroom in appartment, comfortable beds, fridge and kettle in the room. Good location, few minutes walk to restaurant or grocery store. 10 minutes ride to Garmisch or Eibsee. Very nice and wellcoming girl on reseption.
