The property has nice outdoor and indoor pool area (with sun deck) and spacious sauna zone with sun room. all staff is very friendly and nice. Amazing breakfast included in the price with variety of fresh and local produce, very nicely done eggs benedict and waffles, and yes - even champagne is served. when we arrived (Friday night) - there was live jazz music in the bar. And all of this - included in the price.
Notwithstanding that it is not far from (Lake) Chiemsee and some rooms have great look to the mountains - overall location is its only minor “disadvantage”

Fantastic garden, vegetation, nice hotel, pleasant room. Very varied, plentiful breakfast, helpful and kind staff. Good services and surprising attentions. Very good hotel!
