Location is very suitable for visiting Legoland, it is 20 minutes to walk. There are no shops arround, you need a taxi to travel to Gunzburg as the closest transport point.

The personal of the hotel doesn't speak fluent English and it is very hard to communicate with the hotel personel except the reception ladies, there is a lack of services from the restaurant, food quality is not great but is fine.

This is a lovely hotel with very welcoming, friendly staff - from reception staff to the housekeeping staff we met in the corridor. There are nice touches in the room ie little packs of sweets, a piece of fruit and drinks in the fridge at no extra charge. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. We will be visiting again in October and have already booked our stay. Other than staying on site at Legoland this is probably the nearest hotel with plenty of car parking space.

Generaly the whole place is nice and we might be coming back. It's very close to Legoland and also the food (breakfast and dinner) were very good and tasty

The fact that we needed to book the place in the restaurant for upcoming day. After a long trip, we wanted to have a dinner in the hotel, however all places were already booked.

Good breakfast. Plenty of choice. Loved the Beirgarten atmosphere. Served food nearly all day. Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Fridge in room. Lift.

The silly sink in the bathroom. Totally impractical. The room was smaller than expected. The seat by the desk where my husband sat was a stool and not very comfortable. A padded chair would be easy to put n place.

i really liked the homey feel and how comfortable the rooms were. The hotel staff was exceptional and so helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing and it was so awesome there was a kids area!!!!

the restaurant staff seemed less than attentive. The food was amazing, but we seemed to have been forgotten several times during both meals we had.

Very nice room with real wood and natural renovation style. Clean and quite. Mini bar items included, which I found the best thing to have after visiting Legoland in a hot summer day. Nice location for visiting Legoland. Plenty of space for parking. Nice restaurant.

The bathroom is nice with the rain shower. Only issue I had was the shower control handle. It is stiff and difficult to use. The shower water temperature was fluctuating as well. The hairdryer can also be a better quality.

Room was pleasant and very clean. Evening meal in the restaurant was good.

We arrived at 2:30pm and were told that we could not check in until 3pm. We have always been able to check in even if we could not access the room, and found a rather curt response to our request to check in a little off putting.

Very clean room and toilet, excellent dinner, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, friendly staff, free parking, excellent location.

The door between the elevator and the rooms is extremely loud. Late night there was a big group of people coming to their rooms and every time they entered and the door closes it mashes a very loud noise and shakes the room door. Woke us up every time.

good parking restaurant on site which is OK, service bit erratic though and bit overpriced for the quality of food. good sized rooms

it’s all OK for a stopover 2 hotels on same site, not much in them regarding quality, which is a little surprising

Clean and comfortable room, not big but ok for 2 adults with a child. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and in a good location, close to the city center and Legoland

My daughter got a bit disappointed since bowling was closed for renovation.
