I came to Ulm just for one night to run a marathon, so I did not care about comfort. Perfect for the price you pay. The rooms has a sink and a shower, and two beds. The host was very nice and responsive via texts, and even let me check out late, so I could even take shower after the run.

The room had a smoke smell inside, and the shower drain was clogged, but for me that was not dramatic for a one-night stay. Also, there is no toilet in the room, but one can't have it for such a price.

The hotel is located very close to the town’s train and bus station, and a shopping centre with a big supermarket. From the hotel you can reach all main sights of Neu Ulm and Ulm by foot. The staff were very kind and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was big and it had everything that is needed. The bed was comfy. All in all, excellent value for money.

Excellent location directly opposite large shopping centre and close to other shopping streets. Despite an initial misunderstanding (my fault), Peter the host was courteous and prompt with correspondence, and check-in was easy.
