Good location, able to easily walk into Ulm centre. Car park was good & secure overnight. Beds very comfortable but unfortunately the air con in our room didn’t work. Very spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Didn’t have breakfasts there, instead we walked to the closest bakery & bought some delicious cinnamon buns . It was called “Brot Reform” & would definitely recommend! We had a nice meal in the Italian restaurant opposite the front entrance of the hotel on our evening there.

Air con not working.

Room 105 was large indeed, with separate bathroom and toilet. The bed was great for a 190 cm tall person like me. The location in the beart of Ulm is great for going out on the town.

Room 105 was at ground level and right outside my window was the spot for noisy students to spend their evening. I always bring earplugs, fortunately. The hotel has no parking spot in front to drop off guests or luggage. Nor did it have parking space for me, for the night. I used a parking garage 100 m up the street that the receptionist pointed out to me, at EUR 7.50 for a night, so not too bad. Breakfast was OK but for EUR 16.90, I would have expected freshly pressed OJ.

Really located in the center. the apartment was incredible , mainly it had an internal upstairs and a large balcony. Absolute correct , well equipped hotel-room. The staff was really helpful and service oriented.

I missed the shoehorn or I didnt find it. And I was not able to change the TV stations with the remote, it required a function what I didnt find. Nevertheless, the life is running without TV device.

We booked 4 people but got 3 glasses, 3 sets of towels. We skipped the very expensive and boring-looking breakfast and went to Mary’s instead (5 min walk), which was excellent. I wouldn’t call this a boutique hotel, there was nothing personalized with it. Pretty standard room.

Perfect place if you travel with the train. And not far away from the city centre. Excellent breakfast, with many choices, especially low carb options, which are not always easy to find, so thank you for this! Anyway there was a wide variety for every taste. I have particularly appreciated that there were two kind of pillows.

The lack of hangers in the bathroom. No chance at all to hang the towels.

The location is wonderful, especially if one wants to have a nice little stroll in the city center and to the "Ulmer Münster"

I was informed only at my arrival that the parking garage was not operational. Also, the safe in the room was inoperational, which the staff told me only after I asked them explicitly about it.

Location, wifi, very comfortable bed.

Apparently there was a wine festival during our stay. The reception never tells about these things. Its a tiny town, leave a brochure in the rooms for events! Also with directions, questions or restaurant recommendations they are no help. Always very slow and uninformative. This is the 3rd time we are staying in this hotel and reception is our only dislike. Also this time my room wasn’t as clean as before, had hair around the carpet and smelt moist.

The family room has a perfect size for a short stay. It's clean and cozy. You are in walking distance to everything. The parking accessible with the lift is very comfortable as well.

Being in the town center it got a bit noisy in the night but nothing dramatic.

Very spacious suit, with separate bathroom and toilet. Large space with very large double bed also had comfortable loung chairs and drinks tables. Dual aspect 'Juliet' balconies with full length balcony doors create impression of even greater luxury. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were excellent.

Marks on bathroom and main room walls which just need a little cleaning. No corkscrew available in the suit, nor from reception, instructed to walk to nearest pub and ask them for a loan!

The hotel has two buildings. Last time I had stayed in the old one. Not satisfied. This time I was hosted in the new building. There, everything is excellent. Luxurious rooms with all the amenities. This rooms deserve a 5* rating.
