The door lock did not work, but besides that all good :)

Hotel looks fresh and new. Like in most Holiday Inn hotels you get good value for the money you pay (89 euro per night) and expected good level of services. Breakfast was also pretty good and kind of similar to other hotels of the chain, but a little less diverse. Yet tasty and enough to fuel your morning and enjoy. The location is perfect. Right in the city center. Next to the market square and almost all one may want to see in the city. Many shops and restaurants around. There’s a parking in the hotel, which is great. Unfortunately it was fully occupied then. But there is another covered parking right in front of the hotel, which belongs to the shopping mall. It was like 19 euro per night. You can also stay near the hotel door for 30 min free of charge with a parking disk to unpack your luggage. The personnel was very nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay.

There was a slight weird not-fresh smell in the room, but nothing critical. I also found a cig end stuck at the bottom of the window door, so someone might have smoked inside. It didn’t smell like that though. Would be also good to be able to book a parking spot, which is currently impossible.

Staff was amazing and helpfull for anything asked, especially Paulina. Breakfast with good selection, well catered for by waiters. Bakery was always fresh and warm. Hotel is newly built so everything was in order.

Parking is charged 15€ per night and you have no guarantee you will find one if you arrive later in a day. No booking possible so you are left in the city center looking for parking options. There is a garage close by, but we were with a van so though choice. The shower is walk in, but no barrier for water, so you can easily flood your bathroom. TV has only German channels so if you do not speak German good luck.

Very clean, nice size rooms, perfect AC, very comfortable beds and pillows. I had a great rest at night! Plus the hotel is located in the heart of the city AND has a public parking within 50 m at special rate. Perfect for those traveling by car! The staff at the reception was welcoming, professional and quick.

The breakfast was mediocre at best - very basic boring selection, industrial type of snacks. The quality of the breakfast made me rate this hotel 9 instead of 10.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring everything on foot. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Room rates are the lowest compared to other nearby accommodations, offering great value for money.

The only downside is the limited on-site parking, which is paid. However, there is a large paid public car park next to the hotel, and guests receive a discount for parking there.

Very nice location - easy to access by car and there are places for small walk in the evening too. The staff was super nice and helpful - both evening and morning shift, enjoyed their openness and readiness to help. The room very clean, very cozy, especially liked the light - it was not just light, it was light decoration on the walls. Light is bright even for reading, but at the same time it’s possible to put less for cosy evening. Will gladly come back again.

We were lucky to find this hotel with a lower price for the night from Sunday to Monday. It was amazing. Rooms, service, utilities, breakfast - everything was on top and the hotel is located on the center of the city. If you are travelling by car, you can either park on the hotel parking (if there are free places) or a nearby covered parking lot for one and the same price (15€). The parking lot usually charges 19€, but the hotel gives you a discount in order to correspond to the price of their own parking.

A typical continental breakfast. Tea not quite up to British standards so I switched to coffee. Excellent selection of breads and staff always ready to replenish what ran out.

There was little storage space for clothes in the room beyond coat hangers. In a spacious room there could be space for drawers so one didn't have to live out of a suitcase.

The Hotel is basically brand new, with modern rooms and comfortable beds. It is centrally located and within extremely easy walking distance (3 to 10 mins max) of multiple bars restaurants, museums sights and the main shopping area. The breakfast buffet has a good continental range and is available in a nice open breakfast dining room.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel and would stay again without hesitation.

Very good inside secure bicycle storage .Young lady named Liza at reception was absolutely delightful . Very pleasant and with excellent English language . Room clean and bright. Bathroom very clean , Excellent WiFi , Immediately in the Center of town . Close to multiple restaurants and very large mall . Good breakfast with hot and cold options ,

The room has very little area for storage .
