We love this hotel and come back to it every summer, while on a rally across Europe. It is in a village location and right under it there is a supermarket, where we can find strawberries ;) The hotel is absolutely spotless and sometimes you get the chance to be in an apartment, which is really fun. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they will go above and beyond to help. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed a great night sleep. Also, the parking is free just on the shopping district around the hotel. Yes, you will find other shops and at least a restaurant around there. Thank you, guys!

Great for a short stay! Rooms were in the smaller side but very clean and comfortable. Beds were good, air condition was surprisingly quiet! Shower and bathroom all good. We had booked two rooms and staff made sure they were next to each other which was nice! Breakfast was included and very good actually. Very close to the sport outlets and the town center of Herzogenaurach is well worth visiting too! Old medieval buildings and towers with nice restaurants and Cafés! Not big but very picturesque!

Breakfast was very tasty, products were high quality. Staff was very friendly, helpful and there was no problem with communication in English. Rooms were clean, in the night there were no disturbances.

Although breakfast was tasty, in my opinion it might have contain more different products (pancakes, other types of eggs than scrambled and so on). Additionally, the room should contain by default electric kettle, iron and ironing board. It would be also nice to have some tea and coffee.

I like that the parking is absolutely no issue and free, staff was friendly the whole time, it was really a nice stay. The big plus is a refridgerator, most places dont offer this. For me this is the big difference as I am usually bringing food or drinks with me. Its always nicer when their cold

I think the only complaint that I could give was that the internet felt very lacking. I work from my laptop a lot and in the end I gave up on the free wifi and just set up a network from my phone. This is kinda sad as I only have a basic phone plan, yet the mobile hotspot was better. Just doesnt seem right.

Smooth check in, the reception let us to check earlier and adjusting the rooms that we need (had to cancel one last minute and it was FOC). Location wise, it's 30 minutes from the city center but fit what we need. Lots of supermarket around the hotel and some restaurants as well. Breakfast was good and vary.

The room is quite small (I noted this upon booking), so if you travel with big luggage, you need to arrange very well your stuff to be able to move around.

We were staying for one night, so the location was perfect. Pleanty of free parking spaces due to surrounding supermarkets and stores. They don't have a bar, but if you want to drink something, you can use the vending machine or go to the store just around the corner. They do, however, serve buffet breakfast! All in all, it is great value for money.

Everything was above my expectation. Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. I had few communication with hotel before arrival and reception lady was always helpful to help me out. I met her on the day I check-in and out, she was very friendly and helpful all the time. This good experience is my new reason why I like Germany, thanks.

Great location, love their breakfast, I always look forward to their mini croissants and coffee.

I wish there would be a better choice of TV programs in English apart from the news channels. It would be helpful if they could connect to the Netflix at least.

Booked for stop over. Mainly wanted with breakfast and good working air conditioning due to super warm restaurant. I did not get disappointed by either. Had a great night sleep too.

Make better blackout curtains since lots of light inside room after 06.00

Nice location, very central. We parked right in front of the hotel's entrance. It has new facilities and is quite comfortable. The breakfast was great. The room was well organized and clean. For the price it was a very good choice!

The room is a bit small, but for one overnight it was absolutely fine.
