The location is lovely and nice and quiet. We had a beautiful room. Great bathroom with excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. So clean and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and we were offered cooked options-we and a lovely omelette. The staff were all very nice and friendly.

Huge room facing the park - so quiet that we could sleep with the balcony door open and hear nothing the whole night. All room amenities were top-quality. Breakfast was rich and excellent. The inclusion of the Therme entrence fees (with additional bathrobes, towels and slippers!) on both check-in and check-out days made the price completely worth it.

Several instruments in the Gym were not working, but that didn't really bother us. Also, weirdly the AC in the room didn't seem to cool it. But closing the AC and opening the balcony door did the job, and as I mentioned, there was no problem with noise doing that.

EVERYTHING was nice! Clean, complete, high level of control and comfort, very nice and helpful staff (this I can't emphasize more on!).

I made a mistake and thought breakfast was included in my booking and had to pay a hefty price for a very bland and limited breakfast. Be sure not to buy anything more than your booking as the price to value ration is not good in contrast to everything else in the facility.

Everything is really right here, great place, very nice rooms and fantastic top restaurant! The restaurant is under the inspiring leadership of Cedric and Stephanie, together they make it a party, beautiful food with French influences and great wine! The place to be.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff.. The restaurant is amazing and this is the main reason why we did choose the hotel.

Hotel is lacking some charm and the decoration is not adapted. The building looks ugly from outside.

The hotel was very clean and the amenities quite new.

Restaurants were partially closed during the day due to holidays and lunch breaks. Also room service was not available after 8pm. So after coming back from the spa we weren’t able to get anything to eat. Not even a snack.

Lovely setting and eating outside in the small town was lovely on the summers evening we had. Convenient parking big spacious room. Nice terrace area.

We loved having access to the mineraltherme down the street. Breakfast was good and the restaurants were wonderful. We would go back again.

The hotel is a gem. The staff was so friendly, the room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect.
