I liked everything, from the warm welcome, to the comfort of my room. The carpark (which I had read was small and difficult to navigate) was simply normal, though I must admit visibility coming up out was somewhat restricted!. There are charging points for electric cars - which worked on my Chargemap card. The bed was comfortable in my room, and there is air-conditioning if you want it. Breakfast was ample and of an excellent standard. As I was travelling with my dog, they arranged a private corner to the side of the reception desk for me, which worked very well - thank you! Finally the wifi was very good, and the situation of the hotel is ideal for visiting this exceptionally beautiful little town. Very highly recommended.

Nothing - it was all A1 perfect.

The location of the hotel was lovely. In normal temperatures the apartment we booked would be a great place to stay but not the case during our stay.

The apartment we booked initially was wonderful but located in the eaves of the roof. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. The Velux windows would not stay open. The apartment was so hot it was impossible to stay in so had to downgrade our room. We were under the impression the hotel could help us with bike hire but this was not the case Being charged for the car park under the hotel

Location is perfect. Breakfast is good and meets all expectations. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

With an outside temperature of 30C+ the room got quite warm during the night. If you have the choice take the smallest car available since the marked spaces in the parking garage are extremely narrow. Apparently a mathematician must have placed out concrete pillars in order to make it impossible to open car doors independently how you park ...

The breakfast was wonderful there were lots of choices and the breakfast room was spotless. The hotel location is in old town with all services near, restaurants, shops, etc.

The bathtub is very deep, my husband and I are elderly so we need a walk in shower. My husband was unable to get in the tub for a shower safely.

Very nice city centre hotel with very convenient underground parking and nice comfortable room

The breakfast-buffet was a bit short supplied for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast at the same time on Sunday morning. The i-pad in the room is a big temptation for children :-)

I really think you should provide at least some other kind of pillow for the bedroom. Just one o f that kind is really uncomfortable in my opinion.

Our room was in an annex to the hotel and was perfectly adequate. The hotel was not serving an evening meal and suggested we try one of the many restaurants close by. Only an Italian restaurant was open but we preferred something more German. In the end, we found a great pub which served food which was very good, as was the beer! The hotel has an underground car park, so parking was easy and secure.

I hadn't realised that the underground car park cost €9, but that was my fault as I did not read the information properly.

Beautiful hotel in a very nice location, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The room and bathroom were wheelchair accessible, the breakfast lounge can be accessed via 2 lifts.

The mattress was too soft for my liking.

Just around the corner from O’Neils Irish Pub and the pizzeria in the courtyard had the best calzones and friendly staff. Right in the heart of the old town it was walking distance to the grocery store. Very comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus!
