The room is surprisingly spacious than shown on the picture. It is ver sufficient for a family of 3 to stay. The front desk is very kind, easy and proactive. He provided very useful information before we asked. This room is very good for value, very good location and convinent. I will definitely stay again

I noticed there is no kettle in the room though I do not use and do not care, maybe they can or do provide by request, not sure.

The room I had was clean and extremely spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet area - it is a short walk from the train station, and very close to tram stations and the city centre. The free bicycle rental was a huge bonus.

The minibar/fridge was overheating inside its cabinet - it worked fine once it was removed from the cabinet and placed on the floor, though. There was no kettle provided, but I was able to use the tea/coffee machine in the breakfast room.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes walking from the train station and right next to the zoo. Quiet street with very little traffic. The rooms seem to have been recently redecorated. There is air-conditioning which was great as it was very hot when we were in Karlsruhe. The breakfast is a bit pricey (compared another hotel in posh Baden-Baden) but it's is good, with a fine selection of different kinds of food. The breakfast area is very pleasant. All in all, good value for money.

It is a comfortable hotel with a nice, calm and darker interior and committed staff. Not too far away from the train station (unless you have heavy luggage). Breakfast excellent. Offers bike renting. Quiet and safe area. Reception open late night. Would visit again.

No big issues, but in spite of automatic door closing of the room, they still slam/make noise. Also, the cleaning person did not come the 2nd morning. It is ok if they do not come every day, but I think this should be communicated to the guests.

The room was very comfortable and met our expectations. We were only staying overnight on our way to Triberg.

The process of checking in was very cumbersome. We reached around 10 pm. The PIN number given for collecting our room keys did not work. Thankfully, we found a similar group trying to figure out the room key, we could manage to speak to an employee who gave us the correct PIN

The facilities were amazing. Clean rooms, well maintained, amazing breakfast!

The staff was a bit rude, did not answer any of the questions properly. I was told the check in is at 16.00 hrs even though it was at 15.00. One of the staff members just opened my room door and said 'Hello, you need to check out' (15 mins before check-out time 11.00) when I was already getting ready and about to check out.

No curtains in the bathroom: there was the special glass that's supposed not to make the inside visible from the outside, but being on the first floor, I would have preferred real curtains

Good breakfast: everything you need to start day well. Free bicycle is really great option and friendly for environment and your health: you can park your car in the underground and use bicycle in the city all the time, so no headaches anymore with parking in the city. Underground parking price is not too cheap, but still decent.

Good breakfast, variety of dishes is not that big, but you get everything needed for a good start of the day. Friendly personnel on the reception and they do speak english as well. Free bicycle option is absolutely great idea to reduce usage of the car in the city.

This hotel was extremely good value for money for the service I was given. It had a very executive feel, everything was very clean and spotless, the minimalist yet funky decor made it such a stylistic place. I was traveling with my husband and Mum so had the privilege of seeing a double and a single room. The double-room felt huge! It was more like a superior room, maybe we got an upgrade because of Monday night. There was a gorgeous lamp in the room. A spacious bathroom, with a little tray of luxury treats like a mini hand cream. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Big airy windows, but also the perfect blinds. The single room was a bit tighter, but it also had a lovely bathroom and a double bed. Communication before arrival was very easy, we arrived after the check in period, so they put our key cards in the locked box outside. It was very easy to find our rooms. Even though we arrived outside the check-in period, there was a staff member at reception during the night. Now comes to the staff member. I have to say he was extremel. As we were there after a long journey, I was very tired and it was a hot night. I had to ask him for a few things and he got me everything I needed, from ventilators (fans) for the room, . The more important thing was his attitude was fantastic, he was so patient and did not show a single sign of frustration, like he was happy to help. And that made me so happy and made it a 10+ experience. The next morning I walked to Penny supermarket, less than 2 minutes walk. The neighborhood is calm and green. My husband went for the hotel breakfast and said it was tasty, fresh and they had plenty of seating areas and an accessible back garden as well. I really appreciated everything about Hotel Ana Eden, this is by far my most favorite hotel stay of Germany of all time, and one of my top stays anywhere!

Absolutely no problems whatsoever! However, for light sleepers, it may be an issue that on the ground floor I could hear till quite late that guests for the hotel were rolling up their suitcases or some talking outside. However it was a generally quiet area so it was not a big deal for anyone who can fall asleep easily.
