Pillows, bed location and air conditioning in the room position is not correct..

Nice, spacious and clean rooms. The included minibar is a nice touch, as well as the gummy bears on the pillow. The breakfast buffet is amazing, inexpensive to book but a lot of tasty options. The breakfast buffet can compete 4* hotels which are way more expensive. The hotel has it's own underground parking garage.

The attitude of the female receptionist at check-in, she wasn't welcoming or pleasant, more annoyed and/or bored. Luckily the male receptionist at check-out was very friendly and warm. The hotel room was pretty warm. The room did have an airco, which helped a bit, but nonetheless I woke up in the middle of the night due to the warmth.

Hotel was clean and rooms a good size. Shower very good. (A bit small cubicle) Underground carpark was a godsend. Very secure. This was one of the reasons we stayed here. (Mind it's a bit tight in and out if you have a larger car) We found a nice little cafe/bar called Moser just opposite the hotel and the lady running it was very lovely and friendly. Also big Rewes supermarket meant we could stock up on food before we continued our road trip

Location just away from main city centre but next door to a busy, noisy night club. (You get earplugs provided in room 😏) As usual with a lot of hotels we visit, pillows very thin so I had to use my own that we had took in car

I've stayed for the fourth time in this facility. Not once have I been disappointed. The staff is very friendly,forthcoming and approachable. The rooms are perfect for a stay, particularly when not having to stay in the room. The room and bathroom has always been spotlessly clean. Well and as for tge breakfast: everything layed out with care and pride. Furthermore such a variety to choose from- absolutely amazing. To get to the hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Europaplatz. 24 hour reception. Great location …2 blocks from the SBahn. Friendly and helpful reception, breakfast, and housekeeping staff. Very ample breakfast! Our room was clean, quiet, and had a daily restocked free minibar of 1 beer, 1 water, and 1 juice with room to spare. Fantastic cocktail bar across the street.

Even in February, our room was quite warm despite not having the heat on and the windows open. We figured out how to turn the aircon on the second night and that helped. We were on the 3rd floor, so the heat from the lower floors was probably rising …wouldn’t be an issue in the summertime since they have AC.

There is the underground parking for 10euros a night -worth it. Both reception people we met were really nice and fluent in english. There is a nice bar with a friendly staff across the street. The location is centra,l I guess. They offer breakfast for 15 euros, we did't get one but paid more for two omlettes and coffees in some local restaurant, it was Sunday though so not so many options to choose from as only few places were opened.

Felt very good staying here! Amazing room that also had a bathtub. The breakfast was very generous and had super many options. Very good value for the money we spent. Good parking. Most of the staff were very friendly.

Negative was the staff member who we met when checking in though, she was very cold and didn't seem to like her job. And the parking in the parking garage wasn't free, which we later realized during our staying.

Whit did I like aboot the property? Well, tae start wi', the staff were awfy friendly, makin' ye feel richt at hame fae the moment ye arrive. The kitchen and breakfast team were fantastic, servin' up a braw spread each mornin'. The bed wis pure cosy, providin' a silent sleep aw nicht. I loved the big balcony, perfect for enjoyin' a wee dram in the evenin'. The minibar wis a real treat, filled an' free tae boot! Plus, the great parking spaces made it easy tae come an' go as ye please. A truly delightful stay!

Nae a thing tae complain aboot.

Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and constantly being tidied and topped up. The room was good - clean and decent size. The parking entrance felt tight but it was good to have parking in the city and there was plenty of space inside.

The only issues were that our TV didn’t work. It might have needed new remote batteries, that’s all. Also the pillows were really poor. There was only one each and they weren’t very supportive. Very flat. I would go back to the Ambassador but I would maybe take my own pillow!

Town centre with parking very nice rooms and comfy bed!

Not a criticism but the entrance to the underground car park is quite narrow and with a bigger car is quite nerve wracking getting in and out - there was barely an inch either side of my car going through. The good news is that there is a multi story car park less than 100m away in the main street before you turn right into the hotels road - it costs 12 euros so only 2 euros more than the hotel but with a very big entrance and spaces!
