We stopped at this hotel on our way to France, and it was a good surprise. The service at the hotel reception was very helpful. The hotel location is excellent, right in the center of the city. There are coffee and tea and fruits available for free at the entrance. There is paid parking at 15€, both above and below ground. We took a triple room/suite, which was excellently well-designed and the minibar on the table was free, the refresher was ok. Breakfast was good.

There is a glass wall between the bathroom and the room. For a couple this means that one cannot turn on the light in the bathroom at night without waking the other.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect—convenient and central. We booked a suite and were very happy with it. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and well-designed, offering great comfort throughout our stay. The staff were truly exceptional. Both the day and night teams were very helpful, informative, and took great care of us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also good The freshly made egg omelette was my wifes l favourite—delicious and well-prepared. Pros: Excellent location Spacious and comfortable rooms breakfast Friendly and attentive staff Cons: The towels could be improved; they seemed a bit old and had an unpleasant smell. Either replacing them or ensuring a more thorough wash would really help. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We liked the hotel staff. A young man at the reception was very helpful to answer questions from the best local restaurant to calling car rental on my behalf, and to providing actual physical assistance helping with luggage to our car when we were checking out. He was kind and patient. We felt really welcomed. He was the best hotel host to compare to other 3 hotels in Germany we stayed in this time. Hotel location was super central . Hotel is situated right on the square behind a ferry wheel during Christmas market. Our room window looked at the Ferry Wheel and part of the square. It was really a magical experience. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was impeccably clean and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with a wide range of amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and attentive to all our needs. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, Hotel Kaiserhof provided a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it.

The parking instructions were unclear, and there was no designated spot to wait on the street in front of the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel provided directions to park in front of the actual parking entrance while waiting for someone from reception to open the gate. Additionally, one of the windows in our room was missing a blackout curtain, which let in too much light in the morning.

Very spacious room and clean. Complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was ok, not bad, but very decent. Secure parking available with lots of space. Location was very good as well

The bed was quite stiff. Flies in the breakfast area. The lady at the desk (E.) can really use training regarding customer contact. A bit rude and uninterested attitude. The man that had the shift after her was a lot better and nicer!

Wonderful location. So nice to find a hotel that will consider having a family together in a large room. Plenty of space in the very comfortable room, all five of us. Also the hotel left snacks and the mini bar contents were free (first night only). Great service. Breakfast was nice, the staff so friendly and helpful. We will visit again and spend more time in the city.

Saw a single cockroach on a wall on the 2nd floor, but I will say the weather was very hot and many of the windows were open in hallways, so it's possible it flew in.

Personal very friendly (Gareth, Alexandra an Andrew). The personal at the breakfast room were also very friendly. The beds: sleepy electrics beds. Incfedible and very confortable; You can also choose the kind of cousins you like! Ehe night of Saturday was very nice: an spectacle of the city with a lot of lights. Very nice.

Nobody tell us or warned us that on Sunday morning there was the annual city marathon and that all the streets will be blocked for car traffic. We could not leave! We had to wait until 12 noon for a break to "escape" thanks to the cooperation of the hotel staff and the fire brigade! This is the reason why we have lowered our rating (8 instead of 10). It was very very frustrating to have to wait to get out. I think a "reminder" in town or in the corridors of the hotel about this annual event should have been announced. But we repeat: very friendly, effective, patient and understanding staff!

Everything is great in family room. It is well furnished, warm, with nice city center view. The perks in the room (sweets/chips) and mini bar was pleasant to use. The personal is very kind, we got a help with late food delivery and everyone is trying to be useful. Good breakfast. One thing was extremely important, the parking, and it is superb.

The location is perfect, downtown at the central square. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast also very good, all you need and more to start a day! P.S. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived 11am and the lady at the front desk made arrangements with an Italian restaurant nearby so we could have something to eat. We appreciated a lot having kids. Would recommend 100%

Great location in the centre of town. Easy walk to restaurants and the Palace. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable. We were travelling with our daughter who appreciated the room layout with a living area with sofa bed that was separated from the bedroom. Room was well furnished, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We found the room to be very quiet despite the location downtown. We travelled with our family dog, who was welcomed without any issues. There is a small fee for the dog to stay, but it was quite reasonable.

There is parking at the hotel. They have an underground garage adjacent to the hotel. That said, it's not obvious that it belongs to the hotel, so we hunted for a parkade nearby. If you plan on parking there, I would suggest getting directions from the hotel on how to access their lot in advance.
