It was a good time when I was staying in Zi Hotel. Staff were polite with smile, room was clean and quiet. The hotel is close to the city center and easy to go to the train station by tram. I would be glad to stay here again if I would come to Karlsruhe again.

the room was very good and spacious, The location is very good, just across a tram stop and also within 5 min walking you arrive in a streeef with many restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately there was nothing in the lobby bar, only water, how’s that possible? I didn’t get it and also the WiFi connection in the room was miserable.

Great location in the city centre with everything you need to stay comfortably with little children. The staff were amazing! We arrived late in the evening on the way from Italy back to the UK and we couldn't find any better place to stay! The lady at the reception (I'm sorry I don't remember the name now) even gave me coins to pay for the parking near by (my car was to high to park in their garage). The place was clean and modern despite the building looks rather old on the outside; great breakfast and good coffee!

We were very tired after a trip of 1700 km and arrived at the hotel at 10 am and received the key to our room. Kettle and tea in the room were very helpful. The positive impression of the hotel formed a positive impression of the visit to Karlsruhe. The hotel is located in the city center near the Palace. There is a tram stop nearby, from where you can get to different parts of the city. Simple, clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Next time I will stay in this hotel.

There was no roof top pool with mineral water and no complimentary coffee in bed in the morning. And the rest is very good. Thank you for the good welcome and early check-in.

I stay here the third time , the room was ok, it was on the 4th floor , there was some problem with handwashing , but it was quickly repaired after request The location is very good , and I also like the kettle for tea

The windows should be improved , it is too loud outside in the morning , and also the walls need to be refreshed already

The hotel is located in the center and you can walk to everything. The bathrooms are new, but the little things need to be fixed. Easy to check in and out

The door could not close properly. They are in the process of renovation, so I guess they will fix it. A family with 2 children does not have enough space on 1 large and 1 regular bed. Need some bunk beds.

The hotel is good for the price and located in proximity to the city centre

The immediate neighbourhood is very noisy at night, people making a lot of noise on the streets. After 10pm we did not feel very safe

It was so clean and the staff was so polite. Room was quietly modern and renewed.

Parking area was not good enough, it was narrow and hard to park the car, and the pillows were the worst I have ever seen, so thin and uncomfortable.

Great location in the centre of town. Tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and many tourists sites are a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lovely staff. This was my second stay in the hotel and definitely not the last

location. The house keeping staff were excellent, they could not do enough for us.

Very warm when we visited, no ac but fan in room and large window. Still too warm in room. Apart from the small reception area and the very darkly decorated bar there was no where quiet to relax
