My room was clean and quiet, with only 4 beds and they weren't bunk beds. The bathroom was clean and new. The kitchen and the terrace were nice. Each traveller has a locker and the key to it. The beds are super comfy. The curtain is thick and blocks the light well. The doors and the passcode locks on them are quiet to open and close. The location is great!

You can open the ladies' bathroom door with a passcode, no matter if there's someone in or not! There's a piece of paper hanging from the door and people are supposed to flip it to say if they're using it. Most people forget to flip it, though. They could have easily put a normal lock and skip technology for this one. The entrance is in a passage and hard to find. I'd have loved it to be cheaper.

I had a problem finding the place. It is in the city center, but the back street is very difficult to find. password, password, password...you need to have another head to remember all the passwords. check-in only from 15:00, there was no one at the reception, when I arrived in the morning I had no opportunity to put my suitcases somewhere. It was quite unpleasant to walk around the city with suitcases.

100%, The hostel is very good. It is clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I read some reviews which are unjustified. The hostel is fully respectable. Note it helps to let the water run for a few minutes if one is the FIRST to take a shower in the morning to get the hot water from the boiler to the shower. Otherwise, the place is perfect. I booked here about 10 times.

Everything is satisfactory.

I was the only one who was present in an 5 bed dorm, hence it's very comfortable for me, as there was no one snoring or making noise at night, and I got to have privacy. The location is quite convinient, as it is located not very far from a tram station, which is directly connected to Kassel Wilhelmshöhe station. The room was very clean too, and towels were provided.

The location is central in the heart of Karlsruhe, with transport and restaurants just a short distance away. The park and castle are a short walking distance as well. There are amazing staff and it has the best prices as well in the city.

If anyone wants to book an accommodation then book from booking.com. It gives very less value compared to other websites.

Don't book or extend your stays via the main counter of this hostel. Because they apply expensive or higher prices than online booking like Booking com. So always book from online.

Nice location, 2km from the train station. Have to admit a good feedback from the staff, as with my late arrival they sent me all instructions on how to find and get into hotel. Very good.

No conditioning, but there was a fan.

Very central location. Rooms and entrance to the hostel locked via number code terminal, great if you travel as a group, so when splitting up you don't have to worry about who has the keys.

Staff responded friendly and kindly. They have lockers of sufficient size at the entrance and in each room. Good kitchen stuffs and clean bathroom.

Bed mattress is not great .The slightest movement caused a sound to echo in the room, which bothered greatly.
