I really appreciated the different types of tea and coffee, the bottle of water and the kettle. The heater in the bathroom worked great. I liked it that there was no rug. My room faced the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillow was funny :) very thin, but that's better than a rock-like or thick pillow. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was so wonderfully surprised by the Portuguese-style pastry! Wow!!!

The door lock system wasn't clear. I saw many guests having a hard time, and the code I'd been sent wasn't right.

The location is perfect, situated near two tram stations, making it easy to reach both the main train station and the city center within 10-15 minutes. The automatic check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we had no issues with it. Our room featured a large, comfortable bed with two blankets, good adjustable heating (which was much appreciated in January), a wardrobe, and plenty of power outlets.

The room door was not well insulated, so we could hear everything happening in the corridor. Additionally, there was only one chair in the double room, which meant the second person had to sit on the bed—this was not very comfortable.

Ambience was good & located in almost center city

I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast! It's such great value for money, with nice coffee, fresh fruit, fruit juices, cooked food, bread, spreads and cakes too! They are always playing the music channel on the TV in the breakfast room. My hotel room, while it wasn't perfect, still felt cosy, homely and I slept better than I thought I would (given the noise and room temperature). Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It wasn't a real problem for me, but certain things didn't work the way they are supposed to, such as the mini fridge in my room and the WiFi (which is limited to certain parts of the hotel). Then of course there is the constant noise from the trams outside, although it's not too bad with the window and curtains closed. I also appreciated that the hotel provided free earplugs, showing that staff are well aware of the issue.

It's very nice hôtel close to all facilities you may need, like supermarket, pharmacy, stores and transport. We were a family of 4, and our room was big and comfortable, with big windows and nice view. To help to cool down the heat, there was 2 big fans as well. Breakfast was simple but more than enough, with warm dishes (bacon, eggs, sausages and paella!), cereals, yogurts, breads, cold cuts and cakes. Check-in and check out went well, and so the the communication with the staff via message. We really like ❤️❤️❤️

The only bad thing was the stairs, 4 floors it was quite tiring,but yeah, it's OK.

They were very nice about moving my booking after I managed to screw up and book a week earlier than I meant, so full credit for that. The rooms are nice. I'd have no problem staying here again. Good breakfast

Staff are only on site in the morning There is indeed a tram stop right outside but they do give earplugs. Still, if you're noise sensitive, ask for a room at the back

Quiet, clean, comfortable, easy. Very good breakfast. Good shower. Everything was great once I was in.

The door locks. They would be improved with clearer instructions. I locked myself out on the first night. Staff were very nice when they fixed it for me, but it took a while for me to find the right person to phone for help. Another guest had a similar issue on the last night and I was kept awake by the sound of them in the corridor trying to fix it.

Close proximity to shops and the tram 5 and tram 2 stop is in front of the hotel where this can take you to their mall and the old town. Their tram 3 is just a 3-5 min walk where you can easily access the central station that will take to other parts of the region. We absolutely love the variety of continental breakfast and definitely delicious, which is a good start of the day.They also have vegan option. The staff are also lovely and attends to your needs. Amenities are basic and useful. Their Cleanliness keep up to standards.

The only thing I can pinpoint is there is no lift so likely travel light if possible

Very clean and comfortable room; the space is used very well, plenty of options to hang or store luggage and clothes. Very comfortable bed too, and the area seems very quiet at night (at least I had no problem with noise). Water boiler with a good selection of tea and instant coffee. Good breakfast with many options, both sweet and savoury. Helpful and kind staff (at the reception and in the breakfast room). Overall great value for money.

I had nothing to complain about.
