Location was great. The room was nice Breakfast was great

There was a lady at the reception I guess Thai didnt speak english at all. Everything was paid before arrivel but she was trying to explain that i have to pay again so another lady came and said everything was ok. In the morning we went out almost the entire day when we came back to the room nothing was cleaned I have to go down to ask if its possible to get at least clean towels and remove the garbage After maybe 20 min another lady who work as a housekeeper apologize that she didnt have time to clean the room because many people left the hotel and so on.

Location was great, 20 minute walk from Karlsruhe Hbf, or there's a tram stop right outside. Staff were friendly, and allowed my mother and sister to leave their luggage between check-out and when they were leaving the city. The room was clean and well presented. I was able to check in early. Didn't try the breakfast as I don't really eat breakfast so can't comment on that.

The single bed liked to slide forward, leaving a gap around my lower back. Could probably be fixed with a clip or something. Wasn't that bad though.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Localization was perfect, 15-20 minutes to our every "must have to visit", the breakfast was good as usual in that kind of hotels. We were very content about the tea and coffee in our room. Also the other guests were very kind.

In our bathroom there was a hand soap missing. The bathroom door weren't providing enough privacy, also in our opinion the half opened shower isn't the best option as it causes flooding the floor everytime showering. Front room door were very creaky which was a bit irritating. I think there could also be more people working on the breakfast because the lone guy who worked there seemed very busy and even though he couldn't refill food on time (but he tried very hard) Nevertheless we found the hotel very nice and we could choose it again

The hotel has good location, practically in the center of the city, close to shops, restaurants and the Christmas market. Breakfast was good, nothing was missing. Room was ok, beds comfortable. Plenty of closet space for our things. Free tea and toiletries in the room. Only the size of the bathroom was small, but it was renovated and clean so nothing to complain. Wi-fi ok. Very helpful staff and polite management.

Size of the bathroom

Fast wifi. Comfortable beds and pillows.Portable fan in room as well as blackout curtains and electronic window shades for the hot summer days. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Value for money considering Karlsruhe is a very walkable city.

A mini fridge would have been nice. Bathroom is fine but lacks a shower curtain so when multiple people use the shower, bathroom will get wet. You would need to use multiple towels to wipe the water off. A shower curtain would solve most of those issues.

The location, it's quiet and under the hotel, they have a store where you can buy fresh food and cooked food. At the front and sides of the hotel, transportation (Bahns) are available.

The light, a hit dim as I am also doing some work/study. It's hard to read with dim light. I think, there should be an option for bright light to use.

Clean and nearby from city market area. Accessible with public transport and grocery store just on the ground floor.

Internet connection was very poor. Most of the time it gets disconnected during the evening to Nightv(2100-0100). House cleaning services have to be requested for amenities like tea coffee etc.

Most of your staff don't know English language at all, please improve o it at least they need to know English language as the international language

Very warm and friendly welcome from lady on reception. Secure underground parking for two motorcycles. Breakfast available at extra 10 euros pp. Breakfast buffet looked OK. Edeka supermarket 50m away with a fantastic bakery and sandwich/baguette department - smoked salmon rolls for 3 euros each! Excellent location within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Plenty of power/charging points in room

No coffee in room - thankfully we had our own. The bar area was dark and uninviting. No one in there and it looked more like a sports bar.

This was our sixth stay in this hotel. - nice and kind staff - an extra bed for only 10EUR - a parking garage - a nice and clean apartment

The hotel has numerous apartments. Some are better, and some of them are worse. It depends on luck, which one you get.
