The hotel is fairly new, the facilities are in great condition. The room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Parking is available onsite and free

The ac in the room is set to heating and I'm not allowed to change it to cooling, I understand it's winter but I like the room a little colder than most people, opening the window would have been fine but my view was to the train tracks which would also be loud if did open the windows. It's a very specific problem and can be solved by allowing guests to switch to cooling even in winter.

The price good located breakfast is inexpensive and enough and last almost to 10:30 staff at the reception very friendly and helpful close to subway station

air conditioner is loud. Rooms are not very sound proofing. we hear the neighbors´ shower and their bathroom ventilator. Housekeeping staff is not very friendly. The check out time is 12 o´clock and already at 11:30 as we were still packing, they knocked on our door and wanted to kick us out. We were already leaving but i find it very rude.

It is easy to reach by either car or train. The location was very quiet (we stayed there during Christmas). The hotel staff is both attentive and responsive. The breakfast was alright, but the selection could have been more diverse. The parking was both comfortable and easy to access.

The rooms are generally average size and sometimes slightly smaller for two people. The AC was not fully functional and the air was a little warm. If the curtains are not properly placed, the roadside rooms may have issues with privacy.

Location was great, only 20 minutes walking to the city center or 10 minutes by taxi. The automatic check-in is nice as well as no keys to enter the room, just the code. We arrived early so we could leave our backpacks before check-in and explore the city!

Not so many parking spots but still we could park for low rate in the shopping mall 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Location was perfect for me since I was attending the SZA concert at the Laxness Arena, which is walking distance from the hotel. Much better than being packed on trains or paying for a taxi. Check-in/check-out and staff was also very good! Also a great restaurant called “Saman” about 5mins from the hotel! Lastly, only 2 train stops from the airport, which is amazing.

The thermostat might have been broken as I was not able to turn the temperature up when using the AC. The room was really cold, but it was also a hot day so I had to choose between which was worse.

Lots of free parking. Friendly customer service. Using a room code was easy, there was no need to see anyone at reception when checking out. I was a bit worried about the train noise but I barely noticed it and I had a high quality sleep. Overall great value for money and I would stay here again.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.

there was renovation work, therefore the elevator wasn't working, and breakfast wasn't available. The website wasn't clear about exactly when work was being done. There were older people in my group and climbing the stairs was quite difficult for them.

- The cleanliness has to be improved. The floors were dirty - you can see dust by the beds, as if only the middle gets cleaned. There were coffee stains on the closet and dusty spots on the curtains. - We stayed in 3-beds room, not all beds have an electric socket be them - Beds are rather narrow

The hotel is near airport, you'll get free shufle from the hotel for free, just book your time. Staff is extra helpfull, we had some problems, but Marco did extra mile to help us solve everything and saved our trip. Hotel and rooms are fresh, very clean and there was everything you need. Definetly recommend, and I will stay there next time i come to Cologne.

Expensive brekfest

The location was excellent. We were close to restaurants, public transportation and the arena. It was near everything we needed or wanted.

The elevator was out one day, and we were on the 6th floor. Breakfast was a bit expensive.
