I spent 7 days in this Guest House.. Location and facility of this guest house is fabulous.. I will visit again

Electric kettle and coffee should be made available in the room. Although I enjoyed coffee and croissants in Rutz Coffee shop nearby the guest house every morning.

A few minutes walk from the tram stop. Clean, modern furniture and a nice bathroom .... all in all, a very nice comfortable place to stay

Bed is very comfortable.

It could be great if we have water kettle in the room.

Toilet was dirty and On the day of departure there was nobody to take the room’s key so we had to left it in the room be cause we had a train to catch, we couldn’t wait until Someone came.

Spacious room and bathroom which had been recently modernized. Hotelrooms are located on the first floor, just above a vietnamese restaurant. Within walking distance to the tram stop

The modernisation in the bathroom seemed to have been done by amateurs. The tab barely provided water until you pulled it open to face a flood of water covering you all over. The sink was initially clogged by the lid and had to be removed. The owner also promised us a 10% discount if we ate at the vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, he must have forgotten about it when he brought us the bill. Rather disappointing.

the room wad nice and the stuff was very welcoming

we got 2 rooms in sepereted floors, there was no soap in one of the rooms, it was so hot that we could not sleep, there was no wifi
