I stay for 4 nights with my son. Amazing apartaments. Very polite and nice personal. Everything was clean. And when I left forever from the apartaments, I asked the woman if she can give me plastic spoon with me in my Trip back to Fussen, and she gave me one mental spoon for Free. I liked everything !

We, and especially our baby, really liked our cozy, duplex room. It had absolutely everything you need for a family holiday with a small child. You can cook by yourself or go to eat at the cafe of the owners of the hotel or in numerous cafes and restaurants near the hotel. The location is very good, within a 2-minute walk, there are public transport stops (buses, trams) and all the necessary grocery and other supermarkets. Separately, it is worth mentioning the owners of the hotel - they are super polite and hospitable people who are ready to help in any matter immediately. They also allowed us to check into our room earlier and check out later without any problems. We 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and we will stay here in the future ourselves.

The only disadvantage is a weak WiFi signal, but it didn't matter to us, because we spent whole days outside.

The hotel has a good location, not in the central area, but close to tram stations. The receptionist is a very kind person. The apartment/room is comfortable, with two individual beds put together, and all the necessary stuff to prepare basic food; the bathroom has good space; and the wifi connection went very well during my stay.

For mobile phones, it's easy to connect to wifi through the QR-code at the door; however, it's not so easy from a PC if you cannot decipher the code.

The lady at reception was super nice and helpful. The property’s location was perfect for what we wanted… There are three supermarkets walking distance, different places around to eat, the beds were super comfy.

Sadly they were having problems with the tv (I don’t really recall what) so it couldn’t connect to the wifi and we were not able to watch a movie on netflix (for example).

Very friendly employee helped us check in. The apartment was ideal for a short stay with a microwave and hob, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. It had everything we needed. Recommended

A pair of scissors would have been the only extra thing we needed.

Lovely space for our family. Great Location as Leipzig is accessible by tram. Good places to eat in the vicinity.

Our fridge wasn't working.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and neat. All amenities which were advertised, were there. All equipment modern and functional. Location is excellent. 2 tram lines are within a hundred meters from property. 4 tram stops away from Leipzig main train station. Takes appx 15 minutes from Main Train Station. The lady manager is extremely efficient and friendly. All my requests were entertained by her immediately and with a smile. Couple of PIZZA restaurants right next to apartment. Also 2-3 bars within a 100 meters. Makes guests feel very comfortable. I requested an extended check out time, which was accepted right away. The coffee pads for coffee machine were given in abundance. I got apartment 11, which has balcony with comfortable furniture. Would definitely choose this place on my next trip to Leipzig.

Wifi could be made a bit strong. Inside the room the signal is good. But sometimes the Wifi did not have good signal in the balcony. So perhaps this could be looked into by management.
