Location was good. A short walk from the train station. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcase and backpacks in lockers. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful..Even recommend a good coffee destination. Hotel does provide a coffee machine in the lobby too plus you can buy snacks and drinks. We had a rooftop terrace room with a large balcony The room was very generous in size with plenty of storage options..The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks..Very clean too.

Its a tiny complaint, but would've been lovely to have been able to sort out the subtitles to English on the TV as after several attempts we gave up.There were no English speaking cable channels we could find . Everything else from the location, room and staff experience were great

Average hotel so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was pretty nice for this price range. Clean, staff was nice. Pretty good location, quiet street.

Parking was very tight, we have a small car and still I was a bit nervous parking into the garage. If you have a big SUV, good luck 😀 Minibar was empty. TV was pretty old, couldn't pair it with our Macbook and didn't offer Netflix or the like. Decorations are a bit kitsch.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. We travelled by train and then took the tram. Stayed for two nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for two adults and a 3-year-old. The famous Zoo is 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very nice and even the vegan guests can find something to eat at their very generous breakfast table. We enjoyed the trip very much and would choose them again. ;)

The breakfast area is rather small in comparison to the amount of people they can accommodate in the hotel. You might have to wait your turn at the breakfast table :)

Impossible to understand hotel's parking availability before booking. There is no guarantee that you'll have a parking place if you reserve it on booking process. It may appear that you booked a room but all the hotel's parking places are occupied for those dates. Fortunately, there is a Zoo parking there near hotel with better price (€12 per 24-hours), we paid €14 for 25-hour parking. Also almost all the street parking places nearby are for free on weekends.

We liked the location of the hotel, which was just one stop from the main train station, by public transport. The facade of the hotel was ordinary. We were allowed an early check-in. The room came equipped with a led tv, an electronic safe, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle and a hair dryer. There were half a dozen towels in the bathroom. The AC worked normally and the taps had hot water. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for 2 nights.

The room could have been bigger and was not spacious enough. Since we also had our 3.5 year old son accompanying us, hence the queen size bed was somewhat small. A king-size bed would have been better. It would have been great if a complimentary breakfast was included in the price. A microwave would have been a plus. Some additional toiletries could have been provided.

Great value for money. Located a 15 minutes walk from the center. Clean room, everything necessary for a basic stay. Comfy beds. After 22:00 reception and main entrance are closed - a night entrance is to be used with a room-card. We parked our car at the parking of the Zoo, which is just 3-4 mins away. The parking lots are spacious and the price of 12 Euros for 24 hours is very reasonable.

Clean, reasonable size bathroom, comfy bed.

Had to chase down towels/extra loo roll that weren't replaced. Very small room for 5 nights. Air-conditioning turned its self off every 20 minutes. Hidden kettle with instant coffee, when other rooms had Nespresso machines. Very little floor space. I was meant to get an upgrade due to Booking.com status. Would hate to see a smaller room if this was the upgrade.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some problems with our arrival and the reception was waiting for us and helped us with our late check-in. The room was clean and quiet, but small.

The parking - It's best to park on the street. Firstly, there are only 7-8 parking lots. Secondly, exiting the parking-lot is very inconvenient, especially for big cars.

The location was only one tram stop from the train station, and a few stops from the Christmas market. There's also a bakery/Cafe nearby and if you like kebab houses, one right across the street. The beds were also very comfortable, and their pillows made the list of my favorites from all of my travels.

Although we did pay a little extra for a rooftop room, we didn't really have a nice view of anything in particular, and there was a large metal structure outside some of our windows, hidden by an applique of the Leipzig skyline. I think probably the heating or cooling system.

- The place is near Leipzig Hauptbahnhof about 7-10 Minutes walk or just ride Straßenbahn for one stop. - They have a modern, relaxing and with an art room. - Very secured room that you cannot use the elevator if you don’t have a keycard. - From 10pm there is no staff already and you will be given a card access so that you can enter the hotel. - Friendly and nice receptionist. - The bathroom was clean and shower works great! it has a temperature control too. - I did not personally est breakfast there but it costs €20 per person per night. - There is a safe, mini bar and mini Refrigerator in the room. - Very quiet and with sound proofing good for sleeping and relaxation. - highly recommend!!!

- The parking space - Tiefgarage was really tight and it almost hit the wall during exit and it costs 20€ per night. - The restroom has no door or enclosed one so expect that sometimes it would flood the outside floor. - The bed was not so comfortable for me, it was a bit hard but the pillows and comforter were comfortable. - The cleaning lady was friendly but although we put a sign outside do not disturb still at 8am someone opened the room twice and also the next morning.
