A traditional hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. About 25 minutes from Leipzig city centre by tram with complimentary travel tickets from the hotel, which are also valid for the S-Bahn from Stötteritz. Although the hotel is in a built-up area, nearby Stötteritz has a village feel with a choice of supermarkets. Street parking is available or there is a hotel car park for an extra charge. Breakfasts are good with plenty of choice. Friendly welcome from Nicole and the restaurant manager. Most staff speak English.

Immediate location might not suit everyone, especially if you want a city centre vibe but all that is easily accessible.

Comfortable room and friendly staff in what, for us, was a very convenient location - we have family living nearby. The hotel gives guests travel passes for transport in the city - that is a great bonus. We like Stötteritz as an area (there are a few shops and a couple of supermarkets) and the impressive monument to the Battle of the Nations is not far.

We chose street parking over the hotel car park which we considered expensive. We cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not use it. The city centre is 20-30 minutes away by tram but this is not an additional expense because of the travel passes provided.

Location was perfect for our trip as we were visiting locally as well as the city centre. The addition of the travel ticket is great, the tram stop is only a few minutes away and therefore easy to travel in/out of the city centre. The room was comfortable, clean and in a quiet road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful which makes for a relaxing atmosphere. We will happily stay here again and would like to try the restaurant next time as it looked very good.

Just cosmetic. The decor is a bit dated but I wonder if this also adds to the appeal. Should not let this detract from booking a very lovely stay.

The property was exceptionally clean, well appointed with linens and towels in a very quiet location. Tram line number four has stops about two blocks away that take you directly to the train station in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood does not have many restaurants. There is one in the hotel, that is on the expensive side, but a block away is a really good Greek restaurant. There are two bakeries for breakfast really close.

The only way negative here is that it is lacking easily used outlets for your chargers. Having a plug strip with multiple outlets and USB Connections on the desk would be a good idea.

It was a really spacious room and we had a balcony that we could sit out on. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. There is an outside terrace that you can have drinks on, which was a calm and cool spot. We didn't eat here, but there is a restaurant if you wanted to. The location was great for us because we were visiting someone in the area. However, its not difficult to get into the city and the hotel provided a free pass for public transport in the city during our stay.

We wish there had been a small fridge in our room. There was space for one, so it might have been our particular room.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The two rooms we booked were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Decor quite retro, but that’s not a bad thing! Breakfast was buffet style, varied and perfectly good. We didn’t try out the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked very attractive and there was a buzzing atmosphere when we passed back through to our rooms on a Friday night. The location is in a quiet area a little out of town, but the centre was easy to access and the free public transport ticket with the booking a real bonus.

Just one small thing - the lighting in our room was very harsh, even just using the lamp . Some softer lighting would make all the difference.

Private parking garage (15€/night). Close to public transport and free ticket inclusive. Very quit area, somehow a bit out of town but only 20 minute ride with the tram and you were in the center. Room was fine and bed was good. Food at the restaurant was ok but a bit over priced. Lady at the restaurant did a good job.

Ladies at the reception could need some service training. The 24h shop in house (cold beverages and snacks) could only be used having a german "ausweiss" to prove your age, however the lady in the restautant could sell us cold beverages for the same price - nice attitude.

The staff was super friendly, great breakfast, very clean and cozy. I thought it's like luxury style, which I don't like, but it's very practical and overall everything is thoughtful, which makes it a nice stray. It's located in a great place, Altstadt is accessible with a bike. We had a view to a little quiet garden, very large windows, great beds and bathroom. My friend's expectations were also exceeded.

All was perfect, thank's, it was my best expérience in Leipzig. Very calm hotel. I slept very good four nights. It is really not far from the parc cemetery and the tram line No. 4. Much channels on TV (ok only Monaco Tv in French (??) Wifi good. Beautiful bathroom and practical. I didn't try the breakfast.

my room was only cleaned (quickly once in three days) I don't understand why it wasn't cleaned every day....?

The booking comes with ***free public transport*** for the duration of your stay! I find this to be awesome, but I wish we would have known this before we arrived, because by that time we have already bought daily tickets. I think it would be worth adding this to the description. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so I wouldn't recommend it to those visiting Leipzig for the first time, but for our current plans the location was perfect. The hotel room was nice, and equipped with everything to make even a longer stay comfortable (we only stayed for one night), like more than one chairs to sit, and a mini refrigerator/minibar. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The only complaint I have is that the ventillating system in the bathroom is very loud, and once it turns on, it runs on for several minutes even after turning the lights off and leaving the bathroom - it is annoying, and you can't hear the other person talking. It would be good if there was another switch to turn this on and off separately if and when required.
