I was staying at this hotel for 4 days whilst visiting my son. I had travelled from the UK to LossBurg on my motorcycle. I arrived at the hotel on the Friday afternoon after having a bag stolen from my motorcycle during a coffee stop at Marmoutier, France. The staff were incredible...! Nothing was too much of a problem and they reassured me that they would help in anyway I needed. Even the two Hotel Maintenance staff made sure I had a bottle of fresh cold Springwater as I sorted out the carnage of my situation having lost my wallet, passport, phone, bank cards, money and glasses. I have previously lived in Germany and have travelled that country extensively and always received an outstanding friendly welcome and an unquestionable level of good service but the Wellness Hotel and its staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable and uncomplicate stay. The hotel is spotless, the location is excellent for just relaxing at the Spa, sightseeing, or just exploring the local area. The facilities are superb, the food is prepared with fresh ingredients, cooked with care and presented well. Lovey outdoor dining and socialising area and easy onsite secure parking. The hotel has a very quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere. And the staff ?, well I can't praise them enough for their enthusiasm, dedication, happy personalities and level of customer service and care. Thank all at the Wellness Hotel Hohenrodt for all your help, support and a fantastic stay whilst visiting my son. Looking forward to future visits. Ian CROCK.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very relaxing hotel with great sauna/pool area. Great food, I booked with half board.

I had a single room and it had no view, just the building of the pool. very noisy outside group using the sauna.

Friendly staff, new pool, good food. Really a relaxing vacation. Room with a nice balcony and 2 windows with a nice view

I liked the whole experience but I would say that the room is a bit old style and the bathroom is really small and without window

Exceptionall stuff and suprisongly good cuisine. Welness is fully renewed. Rooms are comfortable and warm.

Just renewed, the structure looks very new and well maintained (some parts still under construction). They have quite a nice gym, pool and spa areas. The location is strategic for the forest; in a few steps you get into a really nice park with small rivers, lakes, attractions for kids and adults.

Room still to be renewed if compared with the rest of the structure but more than fine.

Rooms were clean, as well as entire hotel.

Pool is forbidden for kids, except in following timeframes: 08:00 - 10:00 and 14:00 - 16:00, which was awefull. Stuff was not informed about guests, when we came for a launch(full pansion) they told us we cannot be served. After describing and explaining that we paid for full pansion, they brought us launch. There are moths in the closets, several pieces of our clothes have been chewed through. And now I understand why there is lavender in the closets, obviously not just because of the nice smell.
