The hotel is a bit outside of the city centre, but the bus connection to the railway station and the old town are very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I was able to enter my room immediately after arrival and also leave my luggage for a couple of hours after the check out. The room was neatly decorated and comfortable, there is even a small refrigerator. The bathroom was clean, towels and soap are provided.

Since the room was on the ground floor, I did not want to leave the window open at night, so it was a little too warm.

The facilities were very good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location, though not very central, wasn't far enough to be a nuisance when visiting the old medieval town.

The cleaning staff sometimes woke me up at around 8:30 in the morning to do their job. If I told them that I wasn't needing cleaning that day, they would leave, and they were very kind, but still, they woke me up before I would have liked to in my vacation.

We stayed one night on a weekend trip. We loved the price per night because it was the cheapest Hotel we found on this website, but honestly we LOVED IT! Everything was spotless, the room was big and well maintained. We did not take the breakfast offer because we thought it was a little expensive 15 euro pro Person. We recommend this Hotel so much and the location is just about 300 m from a Bus stop, so you can definitely go or walk to the city centre.

The hotel is located in a calm part of the city. No noises or problems. Staff is very nice and helped me to have check-in late during the night. Breakfast was delicious and with a complete offer of products

Nice staff, overall everything was fine. I stayed 2 weeks, so it was nice that for just a few cents, I could use the washing machine and tumble dryer. But you need to have coins for it! It was also nice that I could keep my bicycle safely in their underground garage.

Overall it was good, but many small things that weren't that nice: - None of the things like watercooker, fridge, were available - No safe for valuables - The whole hotel was very hot, including the room, but there was no way to control it, except opening windows - Air Conditioner was available but apparently turned off - Breakfast was not very good, especially for its high price. I took it only one day and then preferred to go to bakeries etc.

The hotel worked out very well for us. We were travelling on so needed a hotel that was easy to get to by car with easy parking and the hotel was perfect in that regard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and up to date with a large room. It's a little bit of walk to get into the centre of Lübeck itself, but that was a trade-off we'd already made when booking.

Easy to reach by car and good onsite parking. Friendly reception and easy check in/out. Cozy interior. Felt like a very well run hotel.

I've stayed here three times on business, and I adore the mattresses. The rooms have good size for a comfortable overnight stay. Everything is clean and tidy
