Room was perfect, with the proper size, included all that needed for a business trip. We were on the 7th floor, and had a balcony with a fabulous view. Wifi connection was great, I had to participate to some videocalls and it worked perfectly fine. Coffee machine is available too. Hotel is environmental friendly and super clean and cozy. Staff is always helpful and with constant care. It is near everything: super markets, banks, restaurants, cafes and all the important places to visit. Lubeck is a wonderful town!

Location. Modern. On site breakfast. Knowledge of the staff regarding the city and restaurants and sights. Large rooms. Modern bathrooms. But the BEST thing is that this hotel has silent closing doors into the room so when people are coming and going, you don’t hear any heavy slamming doors to wake to up.

Beds are hard as rocks. After the first night (since housekeeping had already gone home in the early evening) I requested a “cool sleep comfort foam topper” and while it was better, it was also hard.

Fantastic position in the middle of the old town. Literally around the corner from a supermarket. Extremely close to loads of restaurants and great tourist sites. Very central. Brilliant staff. Very comfortable bed and good large rooms. Shower pressure great.

There was a coffee pod machine but I prefer a jug to make tea. Door to the bathroom was frosted glass which might have troubled me more if I hadn't been married for thirty years!

First of all the location is perfect. It's located in the old city and very walkable to almost everywhere. We were travelling with a 2 years old baby and a dog. It was the first time I've ever seen a hotel is providing amenities for our furry friends. There was a meat stick as a treat, a bowl and a blanket for the dog. Normally when we request a crib, hotels are usually leave it as it is in the room.e This time there were a seperate bin for the diapers and bathing cream/shampoo and a small toy. There were also 2 small packages vegan gummy bears ( I don't know if it was for us or for the kids, but I'd prefer to take it to myself :) ). Mini bar was also nice, there was a big bottle of complimentary water and coffee station as well with different variaties of capsules. Beds were comfy and big suprise to us and kudos to the hotel management, it's the first time we've experienced that a hotel room was heated when we entered during a minus degree winter day. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was very big and tasty. I was not expected that much. We used to big buffets but not in Germany. Well done! Staff were also very kind and helpfull. If you can not reserve a parking space in the hotels garage, there is another one just next to the hotel.

Almost nothing, The only thing I did not like was from booking.com , when I was trying to reserve a room, booking.com suggested to book a 2 room for us so we can accomodate the baby. Yes a baby, I mean if a baby sleeps in a crib and if the crib already fits in the room and if there is already 2 beds in the room then why am I suppose to book 2 rooms ?? But thanks to the hotel personel, after I called and explained them the situation they helped me out.

The surprising Christmas gift from hotel Christmas eve. The excellent politeness and great helpfulness of all staff. The service and facilities in general. The very delicious breakfast. In fact, it was all complete. A hotel worthy to recommend to all people!

Can't really put a finger on anything.....

The room was a good size. The hotel was in the middle of the old town, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of breakfast dishes. In general, the staff was very friendly. Very good garage under the hotel with large parking spaces.

The double bed had two mattresses that slipped apart, causing problems. The day we arrived we thought we would just have something light in the evening for dinner. Unfortunately, the selection from the restaurant was rather sparse so we chose to share one dish. We wished there could have been some small dishes like tapas or similar.

Again, we recently had the pleasure of staying at the Atlantic hotel. This stylish hotel make it our favourite place to stay when in Lübeck. The hotel is conveniently situated; a city centre location. Friendly personnel providing exceptional service.

The firm new bed was a little hard for myself but had an excellent choice of pillows.

Conveniently located in the city center, spacious room equipped with a desk and comfortable chair, spacious closet for clothes and shelves with a door for your belongings. Nice bathroom with a spacious shower and heated towel rack. Walking distance to sightseeing spots and shops. Beds are also very comfortable.

Everything was great.

Location was very good, everything within an easy stroll. We went to the lovely Christmas markets and the center. We used the very practical adjacent parking (overground), which was 12 eur per night instead of 18 eur at the hotel's. Room was cozy and comfortable.

There was practically no pressure in the shower and no hot water (maybe the snow outside burst a pipe?). They were very understanding at the reception about this and gave us a discount with their apologies.

The hotel is really central with everything around us in walking distance

The curtains are not shading 100 % from the outside light, which unfortunately made me wake up every morning around 05:00. When I am on vacation then I would like to wake up later than this time of the day
