Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Lift essential for me a bonus. A few.nice places to sit inside. Terrace pleasant though limited seating and not available end of week because of restaurant use.

I am not keen on high tables and stools and feel this was a disadvantage. I had a single room though with a double bed. It was rather cramped and little space between end of fitted unit and bed and bathroom door. The other thing of note. The shower was a hand shower but the bracket holding it was fixed and was too high for me to reach. It was odd that it was not on a bar where the bracket slides up and down. I am short but think the height and nature of shower forms a bad design. The mirror was also fixed quite high and the shaving mirror too. There was no telephone I the room and that meant there was no way of contacting reception in an emergency . Travelling on my own this made me feel slightly anxious. This is fairly detailed of necessity but should not make the overall review negative

Everything. Lübeck is a gem of a place and deserves its title, "Queen of the Hanseatic League" and Hotel KO15 is ideally placed from which to explore it. The hotel is located in a very attractive square, easily accessible from the railway station, but in the heart of the historic centre. My hotel room was simple, very comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean. The breakfasts were excellent. Above all the hotel owner and his staff were a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much for them. They were unfussy but totally professional and utterly efficient.

It would have been better had I booked a longer stay in Lübeck and Hotel KO15. An error I will correct on my next visit.

The family room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly both in the reception and restaurant and despite the compact size of the hotel, it was clean all over and nicely kept. Good quality for a three star hotel. The hotel is located in a pretty area and close to the center.

The parking is not easy if there is no space on the street around the corner. You then need to drive quite a turn on the other side of the water just to return to the island. But considering that if you want to stay close to the center, parking in old city centers is never easy. I did not rate the hotel any lower for this, just a note for other travellers.

Fast, professional and accurate information from the receptionist. The location - the city center! - is wonderful. Excellent bathroom. Convenient kitchen.

The accommodation arrangements are complicated and confusing... for us. The reception and the studio were in different buildings, and the city parking is open until 7:00... Narrow stairs. Very cramped (unsafe: TV is hung on the wall in the passage to the bed) room.

Absolutely great hotel! We had a small apartment, which really was small in size, but we did not mind. Location is superb and communication was also excellent both via Booking app and while being there. They did not have any available parking sports, but big parking lots are closeby with only 6 eur for 24 hours. And as we arrived during weekend, it was even free for that period. Thanks a lot for the help regarding parking options and for the great stay! :)

Location was in old Lubeck close to several historic sites and one of the best restaurants in the City. because we had a car we could go into the countryside as well as enjoy the magnificent Churches and public squares. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful with advice on restaurants etc.

One big disappointment was not in the hotel but in Lubeck. With very limited parking, which we fully understand, we could not get to the Hansa Museum. It is at the bottom of a cliff with it's door facing the Canal. There is access from the top of the cliff via several long flights of stairs but no elevator. Odd, because the Museum is quite new and the "Monastery" Museum at the top of the cliff had a very new looking glass elevator.

Chris in reception and everyone on the staff were super nice. Very convenient for a brief stay as it is located very centrally. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was super. Across from the hotel is a wonderful garden in the plaza to hang out in.

The room was very small -- ok, it was an economy studio but there was hardly room to turn around.

Its location in Koberg, right next to the Heiligen-Geist Hospital and Burgtor, and still so close to the center's main attractions and Gangs. Already along the same street one could visit 2 Gangs! The staff were friendly and respectful. We loved that the kitchenette allowed us to cook our meals.

The chairs of the living area were a little uncomfortable. The pillows of the bed were a little too soft, we had to ask for two extra.

Close to walk around lübeck Bed was comfortable. Annex was down a street away from the main hotel, but had everything you needed. Nice and quiet place to stay. Shop a few doors away if you needed anything.

The main shower head didn't work, so the handheld shower head sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor when the shower was turned on, the 2 pillows on the bed were pathetic, one tiny one like a cushion and one oversized one. When opening the curtain, it came completely off the rail and onto the ground.

Nice and spacious, clean studio room with all necessary equipment, at a great location. Super friendly staff that made us and our puppy feel welcome even when arriving bit late. Good and safe parking place (must be reserved).

Didn’t bother us because we had little luggage, but to get to the studio, the stairs are very steep.
