Great room, good atmosphere of the hotel. Comfy beds, comfy pillows, and good air conditioning. Excellent to have the ability to fill up water bottles from a Brita filter machine in the hallway. Excellent service and kind receptionist. Very good customer service. Dog friendly. We saw many people with dogs. Family friendly. The hotel has a pool and a small gym room. Close to city center.

The bathroom felt a bit small and crammed. There is no lock on the bathroom door.

Clean and spacious room. Dog treats, bed and personalised note to our dog in the room. Good location and easy parking. Water filters on each floor to fill up water.

The price is relatively high given that its a Holiday inn. The breakfast started too late for us to be able to enjoy it before leaving. The parking becomes full very quickly so all the spaces were taken when we arrived at 7pm, however the staff were understanding and allowed us to park in the very back.

Comfortable bed, room size, clean bathroom, nice sauna and pool area, helpful staff. Perfect location of the hotel. Easy and available public parking on the street for 6 euro per 24h. Our room had 2 windows and both could be opened which was fantastic.

Missing extra towels for the pool and sauna. Additional towels should be provided either to the room, to the pool changing room or at the reception desk. Room is missing a small fridge. Also breakfast offers scrambled eggs that are made from egg powder and the food quality is below the usual Holiday Inn standard. Restaurant only opens at 17.00 and is not open every day - was closed on the day of our arrival.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable (everything was working perfectly). The location was good, quiet place and very close to bus station to go almost anywhere from there, although its quite close to the centre by foot. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The towels seemed to be a bit old. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, but there was an empty bottle of water which could be refilled with cold water in the hall, on the same floor.

Great location - only a short walk from the centre of the old town. Good breakfast. Great service in the bar and nice atmasphere Sauna area is good.

Very disappointing evening dinner menu. not what we would expect from this level of hotel - consequently ate out each evening. Pool area a little bit cool.

I'd asked for a quiet room. The first one they gave had a big hum from the neighbouring ventilator shaft, so they quickly and politely changed me. I had a fantastic night's sleep, so quiet! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. The location is perfect for touring the old centre, and not too far from the train station.

The family room was spacious, with plenty of space even with the sofa bed down. The shower was lovely. The breakfast had lots of choice and we didn’t go hungry. The staff were really nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a drinks machine in the swimming pool area, I didn’t see one.

We've stayed 2 times to this hotel and it's the perfect stay in Lubeck for us. The hotel is easy to reach by car, the garage parking might be a little narrow and sometimes full, but it offers a good parking. The room was comfy and spacious and extremely clean. We like that is dog-friendly and has a breakfast buffet included.

Parking garage was full Rather dark room, no good lighting Only 2 tiny, slow elevators, no stairs. It takes a while to go from ground floor to the room or back.

Excellent breakfast and just a couple of minutes walk away from the historic city center. The self service shop next to the reception is a great idea, very convenient.

Hard to find parking as the number of spaces at the hotel are limited. Not clear if one could use the stairs when there was a line to the elevators.
