Really nice suite that was spacious, clean and had 3 sinks perfect for a family. Receptionist was very detailed with her information when we arrived which is good. Bathroom was big with a big and clean bathtub and a separate shower area. It was the first hotel we have been in on this road trip where the lighting in the bathroom was good enough. The rooftop bar also had amazing views and the drinks were great! Parking right beside hotel at reasonable rates with connecting door.

The shower area had little privacy due to all the glass and no doors. My teenage daughter had a problem with that. The rest of us were ok with it.

Generally, a quite good hotel - not in a particularly attractive neighborhood, but close to the city and in itself, a well-kept hotel, more to the up-scale side, which is also reflected in the price. Very good rooms, on the higher floors with views across the cityscape. Breakfast is on the top floor with panoramic views of the city, which is really spectacular and special.

Two things weren't ideal. First, that hotel parking is 17 Euros for the night. A self-respecting hotel should consider it a service that is included rather than something to make (or so it seems at least) extra money with (though generally I much agree that car use should reflect the costs it causes). The second is that naturally most go to breakfast at about the same time, and the spectacular panoramic restaurant location has a lot, but still limited seating. So that led to a quite long wait, only semi-organised due to the pressures on the poor lady having to explain to a stream of new people arriving; and so a spectacular, very good breakfast was somewhat under the cloud of being overwhelmed by the number of people and the time it took. But maybe a fair price to pay for such a location?

Good location with parking next door, we were on the way to the ferry so it was a very good place to pause after a long drive. The restaurant was sadly closed for dinner but there was a Chinese restaurant next door (great food and very large portions). The rooms were large and clean with the oddity of having the bathroom behind glass panels next to the bed. Luckily the toilet was separate. Would probably avoid these rooms in future as it was a bit odd to shower next to a bed. Breakfast was good, served in the rooftop restaurant. The selection was good with cold cuts, hot selection and plenty of choice.

The restaurant could have been open for dinner but nothing that prevented a nice overnight stop. Definitely need to review staffing levels as the poor receptionist was run off her feet trying help people and check-in new arrivals.

stayed at the hotel from June 21 to 22, 2025, and I really enjoyed everything. The room was very clean and bright. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The toilet and shower were spotless. Tea, coffee, and the little marzipan heart-shaped candies were such a lovely touch. The room was well organized — everything was easy to find and well thought out. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant with a beautiful view was also wonderful. I ordered a burger and was very pleased with the quality of the ingredients and the way it was prepared. Afterwards, we spent a lovely evening on the terrace with cocktails, overlooking the old town. The continental breakfast was luxurious and delicious — everyone can find exactly what they need. I would especially like to highlight the work of the staff. Everything was pleasant, polite, and kind. It was a real pleasure to spend time at your hotel. Thank you very much!

The room was large and clean. We had a very nice dinner and breakfast was lovely. Good price for the facilities.

The room was a bit bland, as all cream, no art work and importantly, almost no written information to help a visitor. The shower was fine but very slippy. A mat was all that is needed. We weren’t told when breakfast was being served and couldn’t find the information anywhere on the website. We tried calling the main contact number with no answer, so ended up sending a message. This is not good, hence our slight disappointment.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and located in a great restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. The room was nice and had everything, that we needed. The best part was the dog friendliness of the hotel. They prepare a bed and bowls for the dog and give her many treats. also could we bring our dog to the breakfast, which was really nice. I highly recommend it, especially for dog people, but not only.

There could more vegetables at breakfast, although it was still really nice.

On the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much, mainly due to the surrounding area and located at a busy intersection. However, once inside the hotel, on rooms levels, a majestic change occurs. Very elegantly styled hallways and the room itself is spectacular! Large room with all the facilities required in a luxurious style. The 8th floor restaurant was equally exceptional in style and service.

The outside surroundings & reception area do not compliment the rest of the hotel. But, that's just a minor formality.

Loved the accommodations. I have high standards for cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. The room was larger than most hotels that I stay in (Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt) and I had plenty of room for my travel items. I would consider bringing my family here for future stays.

The WiFi needs improvement. I had quite a bit of work that I needed to catch up on and I found that some areas of the room had a better connection than others.

I rented the room in this hotel for a few hours before boarding a ferry. Was right on the beach and so I took advantage of that. Spent great time relaxing.

The cafe/ restaurant at the hotel, was so understaffed that, given the number of customers, I saw too many "not so satisfied faces" waiting for their food or drink or check.
