On the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much, mainly due to the surrounding area and located at a busy intersection. However, once inside the hotel, on rooms levels, a majestic change occurs. Very elegantly styled hallways and the room itself is spectacular! Large room with all the facilities required in a luxurious style. The 8th floor restaurant was equally exceptional in style and service.

The outside surroundings & reception area do not compliment the rest of the hotel. But, that's just a minor formality.

Loved the accommodations. I have high standards for cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. The room was larger than most hotels that I stay in (Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt) and I had plenty of room for my travel items. I would consider bringing my family here for future stays.

The WiFi needs improvement. I had quite a bit of work that I needed to catch up on and I found that some areas of the room had a better connection than others.

A very comfortable room (Standard Double Room) on the 4th floor. Very clean and spacious. The shower was equally clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, with a bonus view of the distant Lubecca centre.

Only 1 lift serving the needs of all the hotel. This is the only negative point I can find. We had to wait for the lift going up and down a couple of times before we got it for breakfast or to go go for check-out.

Room was just above Chinese restaurant kitchen so smells come through open window . Hotel situated in remote industrial quarter … no walking distance to centre

We really liked the spacious room, which had one little malfunction which was taken care of (some mirror-lighting was broken in the bathroom). We were unable to try the restaurant during the evening, because it was closed for maintenance, but we did get an excellent breakfast in the morning in the same restaurant. Beautiful panorama view and a great fresh assortment of food. We would definitely go here again.

There isn't much dining to do closeby. Just fast-food and delivery.

Nice, big and very clean room. Very quiet and stylish hotel. We had two small dogs with us and they were very welcome. The staff added two small beds for the dogs, some food and bowls for food and watter.

Good Hotel with all the required facilities and prime locations with all the shops in walkable distance, Bar at the top floor with a full view of the town was super good, safe parking on the site with minimum fees

I first booked for 1 person but due to change of plans my partner joined. The staff was very friendly and helpful by upgrading the room to a 2 person room already at first contact online. They also provided quick information regarding parking. Bed was comfy and location nearby the highway was great for us as we were traveling by car

Nice view from the restaurant on the roof top, nice breakfast.

Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open when we arrived on Sunday night, I would not recommend the Asian restaurant at the ground floor but it doesn’t belong to the hotel anyway.

Highly recommended. We got stuck in a traffic jam and arrived in the middle of the night, but this was no problem at all and they even offered us a late check-out. Breakfast was also excellent.
