stayed at the hotel from June 21 to 22, 2025, and I really enjoyed everything. The room was very clean and bright. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The toilet and shower were spotless. Tea, coffee, and the little marzipan heart-shaped candies were such a lovely touch. The room was well organized — everything was easy to find and well thought out. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant with a beautiful view was also wonderful. I ordered a burger and was very pleased with the quality of the ingredients and the way it was prepared. Afterwards, we spent a lovely evening on the terrace with cocktails, overlooking the old town. The continental breakfast was luxurious and delicious — everyone can find exactly what they need. I would especially like to highlight the work of the staff. Everything was pleasant, polite, and kind. It was a real pleasure to spend time at your hotel. Thank you very much!

The room was large and clean. We had a very nice dinner and breakfast was lovely. Good price for the facilities.

The room was a bit bland, as all cream, no art work and importantly, almost no written information to help a visitor. The shower was fine but very slippy. A mat was all that is needed. We weren’t told when breakfast was being served and couldn’t find the information anywhere on the website. We tried calling the main contact number with no answer, so ended up sending a message. This is not good, hence our slight disappointment.

On the outside the hotel doesn't seem like much, mainly due to the surrounding area and located at a busy intersection. However, once inside the hotel, on rooms levels, a majestic change occurs. Very elegantly styled hallways and the room itself is spectacular! Large room with all the facilities required in a luxurious style. The 8th floor restaurant was equally exceptional in style and service.

The outside surroundings & reception area do not compliment the rest of the hotel. But, that's just a minor formality.

Loved the accommodations. I have high standards for cleanliness and this exceeded my expectations. The room was larger than most hotels that I stay in (Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt) and I had plenty of room for my travel items. I would consider bringing my family here for future stays.

The WiFi needs improvement. I had quite a bit of work that I needed to catch up on and I found that some areas of the room had a better connection than others.

I rented the room in this hotel for a few hours before boarding a ferry. Was right on the beach and so I took advantage of that. Spent great time relaxing.

The cafe/ restaurant at the hotel, was so understaffed that, given the number of customers, I saw too many "not so satisfied faces" waiting for their food or drink or check.

A very comfortable room (Standard Double Room) on the 4th floor. Very clean and spacious. The shower was equally clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, with a bonus view of the distant Lubecca centre.

Only 1 lift serving the needs of all the hotel. This is the only negative point I can find. We had to wait for the lift going up and down a couple of times before we got it for breakfast or to go go for check-out.

We really liked the spacious room, which had one little malfunction which was taken care of (some mirror-lighting was broken in the bathroom). We were unable to try the restaurant during the evening, because it was closed for maintenance, but we did get an excellent breakfast in the morning in the same restaurant. Beautiful panorama view and a great fresh assortment of food. We would definitely go here again.

There isn't much dining to do closeby. Just fast-food and delivery.

Good Hotel with all the required facilities and prime locations with all the shops in walkable distance, Bar at the top floor with a full view of the town was super good, safe parking on the site with minimum fees

Nice, big and very clean room. Very quiet and stylish hotel. We had two small dogs with us and they were very welcome. The staff added two small beds for the dogs, some food and bowls for food and watter.
